No u have to pass a full Road worthy inspection and ge a rwc and take it to vicroads to clear it. Within the next 7 days I'd assume.

doesnt change anything.. so if you get impounded go to court and win, as in no charges laid in relation to 'hooning' how can you not be refunded for the impound? Legally you must be as the police acted outside the law in impounding you in the first place? edit apparently any costs you have incurred get refunded if found not guilty. http://www.legalaid.vic.gov.au/cl.road_to_court.pdf

i blame the cops.. simply because i've had the same bs as adis for like 7 years just over it. Been "pulled" over while parked minding my own business. went to use a public toilet come out with a cop car waiting next to my car thats parked turned off doing nothing.. they can go get fkd ill never think the same about cops again
