    I wouldn't go any bigger than a GT35... thats what im doing on on my 33...

    yes use sand paper... not to rough but, Then work down to a nice smoth sand paper, Then used a stiched cloth buff wheel and some buffing soap

    I have mine on the fire wall just to the left as your looking at it... i'm going to make a bracket at work to mount it properly...

    i would flush the inside of the cooler with water(block one end and fill it up then shake it)... 2 or 3 times then rince with some fuel or metho... outside use some mag cleaner should come up nice.

    well you can't take it off without removing your CAS. checking your timing is pretty easy, but you need a timing light...

    yeh take the CAS off.... but remember to check the timing when you put it back together... The black plastic bit that the CAS wires go through just clips off by pulling it up...

    there are four screws/bolts to undo... thats it one in each coner and one just above dead center of the cover

    you could just get a but of stainless pipe and roll the ends... if you can't roll them weld a bead on the end and grind it down so you can fit the hose over...

    Last time i was going to buy a car in NSW they didn't offer the service... (that was 1.5 years ago...) most workshops will do it...

    your AAC valve could be stuck open... never herd of it doing this but it would be possible for the solinoide to be stuck up... The aac valve lets air in your plenum bypassing your throttle body to maintain a good idle... Search AAC valve cleaning...

    yeh i thought it might have a bit more interest...

    you would be better off keeping your hiflow, those turbos aren't very good, and for a normal street car you would get more benefit out of a hiflow...

    check your AAC valve is working properly... it is the thing that controls the idle... maybe give it a clean and reset you idle...
