  1. Spot on m8, thats what I do
  2. Well this my plan..... Leave my car in the garage until its old enought to go on CH plates.
  3. If you said hey the new Volvo diesel will be powered by a Nissan then yes that would be what you meant. But a Volvo powered by an RB26 is wrong it is a Renault powered by an RB26! If your going to be factual be factual, if you where making a joke use a smiley or something
  4. You nuff it's trucks! Renault owns the passenger vehicle arm.
  5. ahm, well wise man say best to let things cool down before gloating. But good on the copper for doing great detective work
  6. Congrats guys I look forward to meeting you all at next months meeting and siging up .
  7. If you don't want your data on your disk any more. Reload windows and select the option to format your disk before loading windows installation files.
  8. Hmm yes they are, the new SE TMU cop shop is at the end of my street and boy those cop cars do no where near 50km/h down my street (This is even in their private vehicles BTW). You try driving your car in fear that you just reverse on the street and will be pulled over by some smack tard with a chip on his shoulder. The reason our types of cars are targeted over rust buckets is plan and simple....... The cops are scared that they won't be able to keep up with us end of story. Plus that cops will look at the car and go nice car, hmm drawn attention now better meet my quoter for the day! It is BS my misses could be driving my car and the coppers won't even look twice, if I am driving it I get looks of contempt and being labeled a hoon when I am not. I am car enthusist who takes pride in their car and hence the reason it has been off the road being re-sprayed for the past month. Till the heat seattles down from the young drop kicks who decieded to show their mates look I can do a burnout in a shit box VS commonwhore. We are all going to need to be carefull about how our cars are presented and make sure we meet the legal requirements. If we meet it them the coppers have nothing to pick on. (BTW That pevs a copper of more than actually have the satisfaction of giving you a defect) If you want to get even, make sure your cars are legal for the street.
  9. Happy B'day man take year and many good fortune till your next B'day and beyond.
  10. I have a purple compliance plate.

    Hooning ?

+1 This is the sort of attitude we would expect from a Noble Park twat. Dear Moderator, Things like this should invoke a strike against the user, for the simple reason SAU doesn't promote or endurse such behavior. To post such a stupid question should make that 2 strikes in my opinion.
  12. Don't laugh I have had this happen to another car. The fuel would evaporate in the fuel rail due to the engine bay being to hot and not actually get in to the engine. Try looking at you engine temp and gauge the engine bay temp. Plus get a service to get you fuel rail checked.
  13. www.japanparts.com order a new one from Japan if you want an original
  14. The Rev Limiter is a Guide so is the speedo, To reach the end of a dial is a goal. Once there you will never look back! Seriously most Jap cars the red line is under stated by about 1500 rpm, eg compare Nismo dash cluster to stad cluster for a GTR, std readline at 8 grand Nismo around 9.5 to 10 mark. The under testing by Nissan would do a similiar test flat chat for days on end til the engine blew up to simulate increased engine wear. So driving that hard will stress the engine and increase engine wear hich if done on a regular basis leaves things open for things to fail.
  15. You know when your a skyline driver when you have had your license suspended at least once.
  16. Cops are all over this places at night so be careful
  17. That is so sad to hear, thieves are getting more and more braison now. Soon our garages won't be safe to park our cars BTW you GTR looks to be a fantastic car, very clean and very well presented. I like the balance you have of style and power. Goodluck with you future work on it.
  18. Wheels means nothing hell they had the Leyland P76 as car of the year. Ford and Holden don't hold wheels opinions in high regard! I know my misses works at Ford.
  19. 27 and feeling older by the day without my car
  20. 1. Don't drive your skyline is one big tip. 2. use your mirrors wherever possible 3. obey street signals 4. stay 5 km below the limit, this takes into account hills (speeding is instant failure) 5. Head check when changing lanes 6. use the hand brake on hill strats not the clutch (3 stalls and you fail) 7. Remember don't hit the curb in parellel parking, pick your point and be confident. 8. be relaxed, if your nervous you will stuff up and be hard on yourself 9. if you are to tense or have had an unfortunate experience with another driver that has shaken you pull over and stop the vehicle. They do respect you for being responsible. 10. have fun and remain focused.
  21. The driver is the problem not the car. Let's try to keep focus here. The learner won't be driving until most of us are older enough to have kids.
  22. bash
  23. This is from my misses who drives my car sometimes! "When every cop always looks and stares at the car and wave!"
  24. Lightwood autos springvale. They are currently doing a full body repray of my purple GTR
