I still think selling it after all the work has been done to it to fix it is a poor decision. Im surprised that someone who knows enough to do a 6k rebuild (Im assuming that you did your research before you did the rebuild, shoped around etc, im also assuming you went with forgies and the like for that price) to a RB25 doesnt realise this? (You or your partner) Oh well, good luck with the sale.

if you just rebuilt dont sell, you wont get your money back. Chances are once you get it fixed up you wont have problems with it again. does your bf/husband (sorry, your post is a bit unclear about this) want to sell the car? Also, theres a element of responsibility on the buyer not to be suckered into bad buys.The least you could have done is taken someone slightly mechanically minded along with you, or paid RACQ to do it, or a reputable import mechanics if RACQ wont look at it due to it being an import.

Where do you get them from? Also whats the range of them? If I have it on in my car will it tell me when theres a copper nearby?

Well I wouldnt say the rear wheels locked up, but launching it off the lights I didnt put the handbreak all the way down and this caused enough front wheel powah to go down to spin em up... Reminded me of my turbo FWD days...

Hey dan, off the beaten track a little, but what can you do for me in the clutch department - i think mine is slipping and will need a new one shortly. Can these things be reconditioned?

I NEED CLUTCH! I think. I dunno. Its hard to tell if its slipping. I could of sworn it was last night, but then when I tested it it griped. Car feels slow tho.... But when I say take off from the lights and it doesnt feel like its pulling like it should, I look behind and the trafic is way ages back and i havent sped... Could it be the spiget bearing?

Okay keyboard-warrior, shall we argue pedantics? Lights have glare, and I have three mirrors. Even tho he was right up my bum, the glare (not to mention the fact that the light was reflecting off my car, then back off his) was pretty fkn blinding, and I was getting the full blast of them through the side mirrors.... But basically what your saying is if I drive right behind you with all my lights on, even if you couldnt directly see my headlights, your saying you couldnt see the light they generated at all, what so ever, in any way shape or form, correct? oh, welcome to the forums btw....
