Biggest problem I see here in QLD James is the Police and government only seem to consirntrate on speeding and how to reduce speeding cars on the road. I dont know the specific percentages, but I reckon at a good guess that speeding is probablly the cause in maby less than 20% of all accidents. The fatal 4 as they say makes up for over 95% of all fatilities. So what are they doing to reduce people from driving tired? What about making car makers to install a system where the car wont start until the seat belts is clicked in? Also what about more random breath testing, I know I have not been pulled over for that in years. I reckon the reason they concerntrate on speeding is because its raising money from tickets, and its easy to monitor and issue fines with the current technoligy around today. I personally believe the state government and federal government need to spend some time and look into possible solutions to lowering fatilities in car accidents by looking at the other 3 major causes of accidents (Driving tired, seat belts and drink driving). The look at he federal black spots where there are always accidents and find a way to redesign the road to be more suitable to the conditions rain, hail or shine. If this means lowering the speed limit then do it. If it means putting in a cement barrier in the middle than do it, maby some extra signage and line marking might make a world of difference. Anyway enough from me for now, I just believe they are not doing enough and spending the tax payers dollars in the wrong areas. Im not saying dont have speed cameras cause they are a deterant and very usefull to slow speeders down. But please look at other ways to reduce road tolls, look at a better way to spend the money raised from speeding fines and use it to improve black spots and most importantlly driver education.

Ozzy tyres have a location here in Brisbane... But as for 15/16" rims any tyre shop will have something to suit pretty cheap...

Its not going to be any cheaper in Brisbane to get it done... But just seach the work "workshop" in the qld section and you will have about 40 options at your finger tips...

Go aftermarket all the way... Chipping is a bit of a waste of time and money... Have a look in the "Forced Induction" section of the forum, you will see a sticky topic at the top labeled RB25 dyno results... That thread will be gold for you, it has about 50 pages of users who have modified their rb25's and what they did to get their figure... My point is you will see a common set of mods people do, and Apexi Power FC seems to be the number 1 choice... That said they are getting hard to find these days due to Apexi not producing them for rb25's ary more...

E-toll lanes on the Gateway are also confirmed now come Janurary... (Center e-toll lanes only, 60kph zone) These will be signed aparentlly...

Went for my last drive this morning in the R33... Spotted a Maroon R33 Series 1 heading towards Brendale on old north road, gave the driver a wave and only received a blank stare... I guess skyline drivers are not what they used to be... Arhh well thats my last chance as getting a wave...

Just wish I could have finished off the guards and popped the slicks on to try and hit a 10 second pass... Thats my only regret... But with 125+mph pass's constantlly I know she had a 10.999 in her...

Yeah thats what i felt this morning when I went for a quick "goodbye" drive...

Just went for a last little drive... Just a casual little 60kph 4th gear cruise... Was going to go up clear mountain but there was 2 cop cars, 2 cop bikes and 3 DOT utes heading out that way... So I thought id better just turn around and come home... I was heading up towards Lilly road and then a car flashed his high beams at us all and I figured cops are over the other side of the hill, so I pulled over did a 180 and just went home... Ive never, NEVER been pulled over in the skyline and knowing my luck today would have been that day that I get pulled over, so thats it for me with the R33 we have had our last time together. Time to pass the flame onto a younger version of me to enjoy for many years to come... Hopefully he will be here soon, as i have to get to work as i have a very busy day ahead... You mean the "Coffee Club Big Breakfast" $17.90 Comes with, eggs, bacon, mushrooms, sausages, hashbrowns, steak & toast Its a mighty big feed that one... Oh, we close to sold yet Bunts???
