The S15 is my partners car... But she had a drive of mine at the last SAU TNT and so i think its only fair...
-
I think ill run the skyline on the 3rd and the S15 on the 17th Warren... Just to show you how commited I am to my motorsport... Will have to twist Nay's arm into giving her car a run... Or ill slip my slicks on the run again with slicks to see the difference... Have added details to my signature to advise of second tnt event...

Nothing like topgear at all... Its a tuner series to find out whos the best tuner in the US... So their goal is to build a street driven daily driver which can handle trackdays at the drop of a hat...

This topic is for the 3rd... Start a new thread for the 17th, if people wanta go on the 17th then they will go on the 17th and like wise with the 3rd they will post here, me personally im going on the 3rd as i have already coxed a mate to run his SS ute and as i said i cant wait to get out there...
-
Yeah When i got my car tuned at PITS i ran his dyno and got 189rwkw, then note 3 hours later i ran 219rwkw on mercurys and then that night we had our May dyno night and i ran 198rwkw at Allstar... So all were run on the same day, my car make 3 power runs on each dyno and these were the results... So i base my figures on that... I reckon you shoudl take the higest figure... :pNah i really does not mean much, its the fun you have in the car that matters and id have to say my car is might fun to drive now...

Perfect Gift For The Special Person - Too good for the classifieds
Col-GTSX replied to Nismo_Boy's topic in Queensland
This is too good for the classifieds... General QLD section here you go... Maby users can ask for demo's in various conditions... Now that i know they are fire proof... Can i ask do they work well in the car??? I mean can you sit in the driver seat and hold the steering wheel and cut at the same time...??? Pics??? -
I was waiting for your day Warren... But Jarrad beat you to it and i cant wait...

Fair enough cant complain about that... You have a offer by PM... PM -
Officially 267rwkw@16psi@6255rpm The last run we turned the boost back down to a drivable figure... Everything over 280rwkw caused the car to do a burnout on the rollers... But i can run just over [email protected] but my clutch is already having a hard time at 270rwkw so im gonna leave it alone for a while and see how the car goes before bumping it back up to 300rwkw... 300 was my goal, but in saying that Richards dyno reads about 10% down on Mercury's. So if i go to Mercury i would have 300rwkw on paper at 16psi which is exactlly what i expected... I had extimated that 17psi would make 300rwkw as per other users of the forums and their results with my setup... So really i guess the best test will be the ET at the SAU drag day on the 3rd of March...

Dont worry about it... Just run your street rubber... It then gives you a good base line to run off when your talking about how fast your car is... Im just gonna run my daily rubber...
-
Oh well, others will enjoy...
-
Of course you will Ian... Even if you dont it would not hurt to get a base line run before you go on the modification trail... YEAH... Let Anna have a run too, i let Renee have a run in my car back in July last year... She was a second slower than me, but i smoked the clutch before letting her have a go... So she did very well to be honest...

Ffs Someone Please Find Me A Power Fc For My Rb20det
Col-GTSX replied to R32-PSH77's topic in Queensland
Rb20's require the AP Eng Version of the pfc. They retailed for about $1700 when they were around. The cheapest ones got down to about $1500 and none of them ever came with a hand controller out of the box. So dont confuse them with an RB25 pfc which are all round $1000 with a hand controler... So now they are even harder to come by you would have to expect the price to go up... You will be lucky to find one at all very soon, unless someone writes their car off and is despirate for the cash... -
No your thinking of Stagea's mate... Josh owns a Toyota, so he should look at 100 series landcruiser sway bars...
