  1. Hehe it looked like he was leaning forward to get a few extra kph's out of it...
  2. Hurry up Shane... You have to run... The users and members are starting to think your car is a figment of your imagine...
  3. You do know i work for Canon right...? Thats why I was in Sydney a couple of weeks ago... It was a shameless plug for other users... I use a 5D myself but the 400D is a great enthusists DSLR...
  4. Oh yeah top shots btw... Your on your way... I have to point out that the brand of your camera is tops also, only choice in the imaging industry...
  5. Old bastards... I was a CUO in 1998... Whos old now... I was actually the squadron commander, we had 3 troops of 30 and a recruit troop of 30... So 120 peeps under my command... I guess thats where I get my bossyness from... The worst part is that 129RCU is full of Army kids who knew everything from their mummy's and daddy's... I loved breaking their spirit... Chris> Greives was a chick, she was a italian chick... Pretty good looking, i went out with her for about a week or two i think... I also remember Stacey and Erin... Um all them girls from 126rcu right in the middle of pubity... Memories... "And one time on Army camp"
  6. I agree with John on the lazyness but I also agree with Karen on the water restrictions... Where i live atm has 16000 litres worth of water tanks so i wash my car (when its running) every fortnight... The only thing i dont like about washing my car is that you find new scratches or little imperfections everytime... This upsets me... But i polish them out straight away... But i do find if you wash your car every 2 weeks you dont have to do much, i mean it takes me 30 minutes wash & dry... Every 3 months or 4 months I polish it and thats it... As for vacuming and interia care well this is something i do in the garage with the music cranking and as i dont do more than 3000km's per year in the R33 it does not need much interia cleaning... The longer you leave it between washs the more damgae you do to your paint and of course the more attention and the more time it takes to wash... However if i didnt have water in the tanks I would have to use on of these services...
  7. Spotted MUd this arvo riding his scooter on Wynnum Road at about 3:55pm... His tie was flapping in the wind... I would have tooted but I was going the other way @ 70kph also...
  8. Nighty Night
  9. Yeah I needed to cut the tips off the fan blades to make it fit woht out touching... But thats all... It was a very good cheap kit... Yeah Chris im being made to watch some Cameron Diaz movie "In her shoes" so im gonna go to bed...
  10. Yeah thats what I was thinking...
  11. I reckon stick to what you got now and just cut it... Go and buy a 4 inch plastic cutting disc for youe angle grinder and make out the cuts with a ruler before cutting... Its a long process to get it perfect i think we spent 3 hours on mine to get it right...
  12. See ya soon Byrn...
  13. Oh oh Chris I busted my front bar on Firday... I was gonna make some calls tomorrow but if you can point me in the right direction that would be helpfull...
  14. Well you cant cut into the car so you have to cut into the bar...
  15. I see Terry on his bike behind Johns car...
  16. Other than that the cutting of the front bar is the longest process as i was very particular about getting it all even and cermetrical... It also had to be cut with a mini grinder 4 inch wheel this way I could get perfect clean lines...
  17. I put the front mount on first and then modified the bar after the cooler was on... So i could shave it perfectlly... You need to be carefull when cutting the bar that you dont chip the paint...
  18. Well Byrn Formula D is on soon... Oh sorry you got no Fox...
  19. As i said the best bit is its a camera that is international so its great for travelers and they will never have to ring you and ask you questions as its a simple on/off point/shoot... Its old people friendlly and its the same model I got for my parents also...
  20. HAHAHA Knew that they would... Cause that what i tell them to do... Just shows my training actually sinks into their heads...
  21. Yeah and thats why it broke so easy... But I did put 3m alloy plate reinforcing behind the bar, but it just ripped the pop rivets out and all... Quite messy and just adds to the list of things that I have dmagaed while doing this build...
  22. No worries Chris... Happy to help... Di they go with the IXUS 60? Awsome... You will have to have a house warming BBQ... SAU Byrn BBQ... We can go fishing off the banks... Lol
