Well i cant say my day was very hard Troy as i spent half the day going up to Nambour to get Chris's slotted brakes to fit this weekend... Boy o boy can the guys up there talk, i was there for like an hour chatting about motorsport...

Id be looking up the yellow pages for suspension shops to be honest and start ringing... Or do a seach for "qld service centres" and you will find a large list of shops... Cant think of anyone who would just happen to have a set laying round... But itd try Fulcrum first and if they say no then ask them if they can suggest anyone...

Check out Kudos Motor sport in the for sale section.... He is by far the cheapest on the net... He only does brand new tho so your only gonna get change from a grand... Ive seen second hand ones on ebay for about 800, but its not worth saving 100-150 bucks over new units... If they were 500 or 550 then id consider second hand units...

Oh i wish i could say yes by i have no where to put them...

Its all in the setup of the cars suspension and the type of tyre you use... Power is needed of course but you need to get that power to the ground... If its a full street setup and you have 500hp+ then your probablly just going to fry the tyres for half the track...

Nah it was a pretty clean run... Probablly one of my better launches too... My car either boggs down or fry's the tyres, there is not good inbetween. So im hoping to get my hands on a set of ET slicks before hitting the strip again... Yeah my goal is 11 on street tyres and 10's on slicks... Should make it there on an RB25 before i blow it up and go the RB30 bottom end...

Found the slip, It was actually 120mph to be honest and this is my fast run i have done to date. However im going back next month with my new GT30 high mount and 300rwkw, we will see if i can punch the 11's... COL (242rwkw - GCG Highflow turbo) 60 foot - 1.853 12.264 @ 120.68mph (Sep 06 - 16 degres, 86%H) I did fine my time slip from when i went up against rhinorebal... Both cars at the time had 200rwkw running street tyres and pulp, this was July last year... COL (198rwkw - Stock Turbo) 60 foot - 1.997 13.4 @ 105.36mph Rhinorebel 60 foot - 2.450 14.07 @ 104.75mph (July 06 - 18 degres, 80%H)

Why not... I am proff anyone can... Plus i still have not grown up... I bought my first property with Nay when I was 19... I turn 25 this June and ill be in our 3rd home by then (currentlly under construction) Word of advice tho, make your first house pre-built. I dont suggest to anyone to build from scratch until your really ready for it, it has been very very stressfull, the worst part is paying intrest on a property you dont live in yet and its not making any rental income during construction... Also for those who think building a house is a 14 week process left me tell you it actually takes about a year... Horses for corses i guess... Being a home owner makes you count the beans twice even three times and you suffer from buyers remorse far more often, even at the supermarket when you see the price of cheese...

Spotted a sweet arse looking Yellow R33 Series 2 at "ARE" this arvo with its pipeing and silicon bits almost finished... OMG what a work of art...

Why do you want to remove it??? All you need to do is rip off the CAS which is 3x10mm bolts and then you have 3 x 8mm bolts down the bottom and a 6mm HEX bit to undo the top two bolts... You may also want to post topics like these in the correct section, as Queensland is not the place to use... Topic Moved
