So once that has happened you will get your excess back??? Have they set a dead line to conduct this??? Which insurance company is it??? I called RACQ which does my S15 and they said there would be no charge at all if i hit a dog and i got the owners info. They said that the car would be repaired asap and they would go after the owners for the total claim not just the excess... Justcar on the other hand who does my r33 said that they would charge the $350 excess and then refund would take place within 30 days of payment and the car would be repaired asap...
