STOP F*CKING ADVERTISING, no-one gives a shit. To the original poster - you're in a spot of bother. Without witnesses you don't have a leg to stand on. This is why you need insurance before you buy the car. It's her word against yours, and she has an insurance company behind her. This'll be a case of fixing your own damage and taking it as lesson learnt.
