OK - so we went for a drive to Canberra today and we spotted the following cars..... * JET32R on intersection of cumberland hwy and cabramatta rd about 10am thismorning - pulled up alongside us, we waved, you waved! (btw - nice SAU stickers down the side of your car, looks sweet!) * White R34 with carbon fibre bonnet and boot lid southbound on hume hwy/rememberance dr btwn goulburn and yass (we were going north). * Silver R32 on north rocks rd baulkham hills with chicky driving - waved but nothing in return. * Gunmetal grey R32 ATN*** boostin along pennant hills rd towards hornsby thisarvo. Also saw 4 poopras, 3 silvias, 2 R31's, a million crutch rockets, a gazillion people crawling southbound on the F3 going back to sydney and only 2 cop cars all day btwn Central Coast and Canberra and back again.....?????

Most of us are on the forums a fair bit and recognised your sticker and said "that's Goldzilla"!!! Was prolly someone else on the channel, there was some interference. We were on channel 25 which is the same channel the RTA road workers use... Hope to see the stageas out on the cruise on 26/11!

Hey that's pretty damn good times for stock - good on ya mate!!! I haven't run mine (yet!!!) but would desperately love to, just gotta get up the courage!!! ha ha ha!!! My last dyno run was 177rwkw with a slipping clutch which I've had replaced since so I would expect/hope for high 13's...??? There's a few of us Coasties heading down tomorrow night (Friday) to check out the action providing it doesn't rain of course! Hopefully will get to see some good runs and pick up some hints/tips!

We only came across one very small section of dirt road up there - it was about 500m tops and was just dirt, not rocks or anything - we just rolled over it and kept going... there wasn't any other dirt roads...??? GTsauRus knows all those roads out there - he was the lead car when we went and it was all roller coaster, wide, open, nice roads - a few bumps here and there but nothing you wouldn't get in the suburbs... no onw's cars were damaged or filthy dirty (apart from a little rain!). Maybe we should consult GTsauRus on this one - THE FARSHER!!!!! PS - Brett: bring both cars!!! Your dad has never come with us! goooooooo onnnnnnnnnn!!!

An 'experience' as opposed to a 'present' is good if you don't want anything in particular... ie: harbour bridge climb, skydiving, paintball with all your friends, swimming with dolphins or sharks etc... something you will always remember rather than something that you think is a good gift now but in a few years is boring... Although - the tools is a great idea (as long as they're not cheap ass super cheap auto brand or something equally crappy!).
