Hi Terminal, When you say cost a bit "more" ...could you be more specific as to how much $$$ you forked out for the FMIC kit? ...if its gonna be like 50 bucks more then its well worth considering.

Hi Andy, looks like you had to take a fair bit off the airbox snorkel as well to get the piping through....I have the stagea sr1 with the old rb25det engine ....will I be able to install the piping without having to cut out the snorkel? ..would help if I wanted to return the car to stock if I sell it in the future.

after reading about the tremendous success SK has had with the jaycar boost controller and FC ...i know which approach I want to take...but for the life of me I can't teach myself to solder ..or to tune a car.

Just interested in what size rims you have on your stagea ..ie diameter, width, offset. Im just wondering if its possible to fit deep dished rims on the stagea. Currently Im running on a set of 17 * 8 inch work vs-xx with 235/45/r17 on both front and rear. Im not sure what the actual offset is though...but I can turn from lock to lock without any rub and the rears fit without me having to shave the guards. somehow I get this feeling im growing out of the rims and looking to go 18's

how long has the BOV been used for? any boost leaks? does it come with the adapter to convert to hybrid?

I so want those rims ...will have to wait saturdays oz lotto draw

Hi EGA4it ...did you have to cut any holes or move any bits to get the piping in place? looks like you got a custom front bar there....dunno if the cooler will fit snugly with the standard bar in place ...399 is cheap tho...well worth considering.

I'm looking for a FMIC for my stagea rs4, I 've come across a couple of r33 FMIC's on sale ....both the r33 and stagea run the same rb25det ...so my question is will the piping for the FMIC be a direct bolt on affair on the stagea? Sorry guys. ..im sure there must be a thread on this somewhere but I need a quick anwser so I can place a bid on the IC.

is the FCON suitable for the rb25det? does it come with all the neccessary wiring harness?

do you know how much to ship to perth? what offset are the rims? % thread left on tyres?

someone confirm this for me ...i've been told before through a supplier friend of mine that NGK manufactures the plugs for HKS ...I wouldn't want to pay a dearer price just coz it may have HKS printed on the ceramic piece.

I need to buy 1 single 17 inch rim to fit tyre size 235/45 r 17 for a nissan stagea. One of my rims has a gutter rash and I'm told that it may take 2 weeks to fix...so I need a temp replacement. Sure beats running for 2 weeks on the space saver wheel. Anyone willing to loan me a piece is more than welcome to email me. I will reply all pm's by tomorrow evening when I get a better idea of how long it will take to get my rim fixed.

Thanks for the tip QIKEXT. Yea currently its just a single loud pop between gear shifts...must be just an RB thing. I'll get the new plugs anyway ...do you know the exact code number/make for the oem plugs? what about resetting the ecu..how is that done...is that like disconnecting the battery terminals for a couple of minutes before putting them back on?

Well i run the bog standard factory ECU so can't really say if im running lean or rich....good enuff cause to get a stoich meter installed. anywayz if the car runs rich on the standard ecu ...does that mean we can get away with using 91 ron pulp? and just side tracking on the issue, how much boost can I run on the factory ecu before the injectors max out, the fuel pump suffers a heart attack or the MAF goes crazy <<whichever comes first

wouldn't cutting threads into the shock body compromise the strenght of the overall assembly?
