shell maybe 3-4k and might take a while, depending on what sweeteners you add with it. motor maybe 15-18k could also take a bit and as above depends what extras are on it. i forget what you actually have in terms of internals and all the like. i've stripped a few before but never really sold a shell, usually fill it with scrap metal and get about 400-500 at the end of the day your always going to make more in parts than complete.

Paint and epoxy two different things.

bout 300 i think i spent. acid, masks, paint rollers and metal paint pole + other shit i had to sand my floor in many places, and get the high pressure hose on it , and yep etch is a must unless you grind. i mixed half the 10l bucket and did two coats for 6x6 and had enough left over to do a fair bit more so a 20L would get you done with two coats.

Hey dan, i put something in the motorsport section about epoxy floor coatings. i am half way thru the job at my new house and its turning out great. i recommend you do this to the floor. requires cleaning, grinding or acid etching first but its now water proof, and most of all oil and spills will clean up easily. cost about 350 to do (including buying shit like paint poles and rollers, face masks for the acid, chemicals and the epoxy itself. 10L has done two coats on my 6x6 floor with plenty left over so yours should be done with 10L too. but once done it lasts years alot better wearing than paints

so i've done the clean, and sand of the garage floor. @$#%^^$# asian painters and plasterers that did my house are a bunch of messy %@$$^#$%&$%^$% Did the etch on wednesday afternoon and have now got the first layer of epoxy down its starting to look pretty good. except for the small cracks everywhere. will grab a photo today after the second coat. i ended up buying the epoxy from csw coatings 10L kit will do two pretty thick coats on my 6x6 m2 floor.

Just thought i'd post some photos of the 8374, now to put it on an evo or finish the gtr eventually?

Fyi, It just cost me $160 to ship a turbo over (2 day delivery) wish i had just used Geoff/full race as i ordered mine from Vivid 3 months ago, they said it was in stock at the time... It shipped today should be here Friday. Will need to order manifold and gates soon.
