I'll sell you my f50's and near new rotors for r32 gtr. rotors were made by race brakes in Sydney..
i'm thinking of selling everything now. cant be f**ked with the gtr anymore.
Ahh i see.
was after making it more rwd tho it does seem to slide around a bit when wet..
i'm not sure how they run.. and no body has a manual for them yet.. so cant work thing out from there..
I been doing gym for about 6-8 months now.. started taking Max's protein shit in the beginning. seemed to work ok.. and has the right amount of protein in it..
i then jumped on creatine from universal nutrition. seemed to work fine also but as said it only really holds water and most gains are lost..
now i am using ultimate nutrition
it has similar amounts of protein in it and also lots of amino acids that are needed. along with the carbss brahh!!
we do drop set's combined with negatives at the moment and i have found they are the best to give you the pain
say 60kg start. pump untill you cant, then do negatives, drop off 10-15kg and repeat all in the one set.. and keep going untill your lifting the bar.. or atleast try to lift the bar.. fun times..
i buy most of my stuff from http://www.vitaminking.com.au/
P.s. Joe (SECURITY) where do you train? you were from the area (revesby way) yeah??
your right Duncan, but i'd say there may be a few more n1 pumps out there that people have just replaced on their stock motors as a cheap fix.
it is a fairly cheap thing to do to the motor, and often you'll get them on cars from japan without knowing it.
driving my car around for years i thou

driving my car around for years i thought i had a n1 pump as i have nice pressure.. apon engine failure after boost abuse i found that it was infact a jun pump
This is a cheaper option than getting my friends to make theirs up from scratch!
i'm all for it! go danny
just make sure they do bar and plate and i think maybe they're right about the core being huge too. but get your mate to check it out before hand.
ok when they get stuck into them i'll see what i can do about having it 3.25 inch instead..
it will be 3 inch from the flange, but will look at widening the other outlet..
We'll have a good look soon with the bar off to figure out exact sizes..
where are all them specs from Danny?
while i was looking at the cores available there wasnt too much that i thought would fit..
the bar and plate job will need to be cut down
Hey,
The piping will be yet to be decided, but i doubt they will make it bigger than stock.
because the cooler is twice as wide there will need to be a pipe to make it fit
Cheers
yeah will be all fitting nicely. going to use my car to make the kit up.
all alloy piping.
as for the dumps they will be done soon, everyone is back working there now tho two have their arms in slings.
Talking with my friends now,
600x210 tube and fin core all piping needed around 1000 bucks
600x210 bar and plate add about another 150
all the end tanks are custom made etc
also the dumps will be available very soon!! hes getting one of the boys to start on it next week!
let me know if your keen on the coolers, be quick as it wont be around long!
look into the 34 getrag.. seriously. or a 33,32 gtr box in general..
from the brief moment i was under my car i'd say it would have to fit.
a custom bell housing maybe, drive shaft, and prop shaft and bobs your uncleeeeeee...
