Hey, if your car is still registered then you can drive it anywhere. Its only when the cops pull u over or you don't pay rego on it that its illegal o drive it on road. So just drive it nicely on the road to the events or workshops and it will be fine. Then once u have yellow/no-rego then inquire about the permits
