    At first i was thinking a leak but unwinding it should still increase the revs. Maybe the spring on the inside is jammed, might be worthwhile pulling it apart again to check. What kind of turns were you doing (1/2's or wholes), when i was setting mine after cleaning the AAC it took a few turns for any noticeable difference in revs

    What condition was the gasket between AAC and plenum in and does your screw have the rubber seal on it still?

    saw them drilling holes for the in-road detection thing a week or 2 ago on Barton hwy (near briarwood lane) and the posts are also up in the canberra section of Barton hwy (near gold creek) so only a few days to go before those are up and running
