  1. That sucks man. As long as everyone involved is okay, that's all that matters. Time for a series 2 front end swap.
  2. A common problem would be that the belts aren't tightened up enough or are overtightened. Check to see how tight the belt is in the morning before you drive (usually squeaks most in the morning).
  3. Very good thread, I've always wanted to know where nice places are for some photos in and around Melbourne. To make it work a little better, maybe post up a location and pics to show how good it really is! I've seen quite a few people take shots under the bridge near docklands. Too bad I don't have any photos or even know how to get there.
  4. Isn't the GTSt and GTR the same? As in the same sticker?
  5. Definitely post a few pics of your car and we'll tell you want it needs (or doesn't need).
  6. I personally think those wheels look cheap. The titanium lip wouldn't look too bad, but the centre. I would save some extra coin for a decent set of wheels and tyres. Very nice car, you don't want to wreck it with cheap wheels. Wheels make or break your car. My 2c.
  7. Seeing that this is the suspension, braking and tyres section, I reckon black is best because you can't see the brake dust when it 'flies' over onto your guards.
  8. Have you run over any huge pot holes recently? Probably a stuffed wheel letting all the air out.
  9. 2.76kg a wheel!! That's crazy!! $5k+.....
  10. Rolling diameter as in the rolling size of your tyres and wheels together, as long as they're the same all round on your car, it should be fine. Adding spacers only increases track, nothing to do with the rolling diameter. So it won't affect the attessa.
  11. Check out some of our traders on here. I would assume at least one of them would have what you're after. If that doesn't work, maybe try Autobahn?
  12. I haven't personally driven a car with and without spacers, but the attessa system should be fine. As long as your rolling diameter is the same (which it will be when you put on spacers), your car will run fine. Is it worth doing? Well it depends on what and how the wheels sit now. If adding them will make the wheels rub on the guards then no, it wouldn't be worth it in my opinion.
  13. Those who rice out their cars think that it looks good. I'm personally not a fan of it, everyone's got different tastes.
  14. Get your hands on a heat gun and start to 'melt' the glue and pull the spoiler off slowly. Remember to unbolt the spoiler from the boot first.
  15. Wasn't the best night last night, but from what I saw, quite a few cars turned up. 3 being police cars. I didn't get a chance to say this last night so I'll say it now, Nick and Kris, enjoy your couple of months of driving free and bad luck to femno for getting defected. That just sucked, we were doing NOTHING compared to those on Princes Hwy. All this tyre rubbing for nothing.
  16. hahaha yeah, it could be a dog, a cat wouldn't allow the owner to have those things on its face. hahah I thought of the Men In Black. Anyway I'll see everyone at the meet tonight.
  17. Was this with my wheels which fill out the guards or standard ones? If standard, you haven't seen anything yet! lol @ eMsta's avatar. hahah I think it's a cat.
  18. Yep, it's tonight and that's the plan as far as I know.
  19. My car's guards are all rolled/flared so I will be rocking up with my new wheels on. Hopefully the rain will hold off till Saturday though.
  20. The car's sitting with stockies all round at the moment. Still need to roll/flare the guards a little more, I can't get up my drive way without killing the tyres. I think we should move to wasteland...
  21. hahah I'll be in the rolla. Friday night and me in Skyline is not a good mix. My rears are on. Rub rub rub. hahaha. Nice fitment though.
  22. I'll be in no worries.
  23. haha I'm glad you understood my explanation and that you got it working again.
  24. The sensors look like they're reading fine to me. I would say that the motor which controls the hot/cool air is stuck. Really common problem on the R32's. In your passenger's foot well, look behind the center where the head unit will be (behind dash) and you'll see the motor which controls it. Try fiddling with the cables which control it and see if the motor moves. If not, try manually move it. If it still doesn't work, the motor's most probably gone. Now that it's nearly winter (in Australia), just manually turn it to the 'hot' and leave it, but if you rather the cool air, turn it to the cool one. Hope that made some sense. If not, I'll try to get some pics for you of what I'm talking about. Edit: If your other motor's still working (the one which moves the direction of air), change it from blowing on your feet to your face and take a look at the motor on the driver's side. The motor which controls the direction of air is on the driver's side and what you see moving is what I was talking about moving on the heater tap motor. It should be white. Don't think that made sense to you at all.
  25. Who did you end up getting it done by? I would say that anything more than 10mm spacers are too much if you're looking at only slip ons. If they're bolt ons then I wouldn't really care as long as they're hub centric.
