  1. I'm not sure about other states, but in Vic you just have to be able to see the plates at a 45 degree angle each way (45 from left and right) as far as I know.
  2. Turbo back exhaust and a high flow panel filter.
  3. +1 Go R32's!!
  4. Isn't one of the guys racing in V8 Supercars on their P's (probably off by now, but he was doing pretty well when he was still on P's).
  5. The van weighed <1500kg! I think it could be lighter than my car.
  6. I don't think taking them off will cool the engine in anyway. Heat rises and the cover is at the bottom.
  7. There's quite a few visitors from the UK and US too. He would have a right hand drive car, skylines were only made for the Japs as far as I know.
  8. You need to give us more details. Where's the noise coming from, how loud it is, what does it sound like etc.
  9. You've got to hold the button for pretty long. About 10sec continued after the temp reaches 18 degrees. So hold until it gets to 18 degrees and continue holding until 'FC' comes up (about 10sec later). You've also got an R33 so I'm not sure if it's the same as the 32's.
  10. It could be a leak in your system or you've got a stuffed motor (motor which controls the hot/cold). First thing is try the diagnosis to see what's going on before ripping out your dash.
  11. Your picture only loads half way? Doesn't matter anyway. You can always buy the R34 conversion kits. It'll break your bank though.
  12. I'm no expert, but I thought ALL r34 gtr's had 6 speed gearboxes and these gearboxes were all getrag. Like the supra's.
  13. What was a van doing out on the track?
  14. It's the one without the '11' in the part code as far as I know.
  15. Can you get some pics up for us?
  16. If you're planning on doing a retrofit on an r32 and not sure if you want to attempt it after reading ronin's thread, I think skybarge will be posting up a tutorial soon. He's doing a bi-xenon conversion. Can't wait till he gets it up.
  17. The impul kit looks like shit in my opinion.
  18. Man that's crazy, $2000. Cheaper to do a retrofit and probably better too.
  19. Why did nissan even put these hicas systems in in the first place. Everyone takes the bloody thing out.
  20. Did you end up getting the smell out in the end? Or did you just purchase new seats because you got sick of waiting? $65 is cheap.
  21. Yeah I forgot to mention that, do a retrofit instead of just getting an HID kit. Much better.
  22. Learning in an s15 can get quite expensive. If you really want a skyline, go ahead and buy a non turbo. I think it'll be the perfect car to get experience in. I was thinking of purchasing a NA S13 because of these laws, but it's f**kin gay how they're more expensive than the turbo models.
  23. Hi mate, I've an HID kit installed on my projector head lights and they're a good improvement on vision, but I don't recommend them. They produce a lot of glare and hot spots. R32's have H3C and H1 headlights. Never heard of them having H2's.
  24. Yeah, it looked like the guy got shouldered in the head, but it actually hit his own team mate. Never knew people can actually get knocked out like that (I don't watch rugby all that much).
