Thats because those people are nobs who want to wreck their turbos. If you want your turbos life to be drastically reduced, get a pod filter and block off the BOV. Or you could just get the word nob tattooed on you your forehead as this has the same affect. IBTL

You wont find many performance parts at NISMO factory if any. The best place to go is Crystal which is in Chiba. You will need to catch the train to Tokyo station then change to Chiba, then get the light rail to Sports Center. You will go down an escalator out of the station, cross the road and go right. Walk for about 20mins and Crystal will be on your left. EDIT: Are you sure its not Asakusa?

3000k is yellow 12,000k is a deep purple. You will be defected for both and not suitable for night driving, purely for show.

The only downside in fitting Mahles is the carbon rings. They are very brittle, you only really get one shot at banging them in. If you miss its bye bye ring.

An RB25 will support 500hp with the right supporting mods. What is the budget for the build? A good starting point would be a NEO engine as these engines come with GTR rods stock plus the head is similar to a GTR with solid lifters ect ect Then all you need is forged pistons, bearings, gaskets, (cams), good inlet and exhaust manifold and ofcoarse a turbo to suit. This is assuming you already have things like ECU, bigger injectors, fuel pump, cooler, exhaust to suit ect ect OR You could go all out and upgrade everything. It all comes down to your wallet in the end,as this will determine how far and how serious you are willing to go. You must have a clear goal and think things through carefully as you dont want to be doing things twice. There is some info in my rebuild thread that you might find helpful.

OK just an update. Rather than fix the damaged head (which looks like it would cost alot to weld up and grind) i purchased a whole RB25DET long engine and will be using the head off that. But everything in that head will be replaced ie: Valves,Guides,Seat,Valve seals the lot. So it will be a brand spanking new head when its all finished I also bought new pistons (Mahle) and i cant believe the quality of these things! ( Steve-o ) Ultra light, Teflon skirts, carbon rings very nice indeed. And i have sold the Poncams and replaced them with HKS items in256 8.8mm ex264 9.0mm Just so i can squeeze a little more out of my setup. Things have been rather busy so the bottom end is still not stripped down. Hopefully next weekend we will get cracking, we now have 2 engines to strip

Kelvin rating has nothing to do with brightness. All temps are brighter than halogen globes, though for a nice bright white beam i would suggest either 4300k or 6000k.

You must be very patient. If it were me i would have pulled the pin years ago. Like was said earlier life is too short be at the mercy of a bad relationship, especially if your the only one trying to hold it together. I know it will be hard but i would consider ending it. Just make sure you have a Flack Jacket or some protective gear on as i would imagine that situation would be like a bomb going off in your face.
