I agree the Amuse GTR was wicked.Loving the titanium exhaust.This seemed to be a popular mod for the GTR at the auto salon.I was standing at the Mines stand for about 15-20min just drooling.We all know how fast their 34 is.But seeing both the 34 and 35 side by side blew me away.One Mines rep kindly opened the door to the 35 and let me take some close up pics of the interior.They swapped drivers seat for a recaro item,upgraded the brakes and ECU(mines tune) and a titanium exhaust.Power went from 460ps to 520-530ps.These mods cost 2 million yen!The rep mentioned there has been interest from australia and NZ. OH the rep also mentioned they had the GTR off the clock at 349km! Im not sure where they could get up to that speed without anyone noticing though.

Yeh mate had a great day,the drifters are a friendly bunch.I was asking Koda-san about his specs,he would say "2way Tomei" then i would say"trax"? then he would flip out and laugh because i new the part lol

Tsukuba today was awesome!Alot of high powered circuit and drift cars.Nice Gtrs of all sorts got heaps of footage.My favorite was the drift,all great drifters,even the 50+ yr old silvia drivers!The standard was very high.We had a chat to a few drivers who were more than willing to show us their cars.We got "chatting" to a drifter named Koda-san who had a clean chaser.He and his mate were tsuiso drifting all day,and looked wicked.They were quite suprised at the fact that some aussie guys came to watch.We even got a mention over the pit PA system? There was a drifter with a 600+ps supra,T51r KAI fully built motor the works,his skill level was moderate but still managed drift the whole length of the final sweeper onto the straight. Met some friendly forum members which was cool,we had people to freeze with lol Was a fantastic day and one i wont forget!

We got a ride to Yokohama at 11pm(which was extremely lucky,dont bank on this happening to get back to Yokohama),we caught the train to shinagawa then to Ueno then we managed to get the last train to Asakusa with a bit of running.

Just got back from TAS and man are my legs sore! Must have walked a million kms.Took heaps of pics and over an hour of video. I managed to get Nagata-san(Top Secret),Koyama-san(JUN),Amemiya-san(REAmemiya),Oka-chan(Yashio Factory),Tarzan Yamada and Daijiro Inada all on video giving me poses and saying a few words,which was awesome and funny.Also got a signed book off Ken Nomura and a signed poster off Max Orido.I spent about $300 bucks on stuff to bring back.I went a little nuts at Mines and bought 2 of everthing lol. Going out to Tsukuba tomorrow anyone going?

Saw those UK blokes,they were on the cans the whole time we were there lol I might try and make it out there again tomorrow night,will need to organise a lift back to Yokohama though as finding a ride out is really hard,wouldnt mind the back of the GTR lol

Catch the train to Yokohama then taxi to futo.The driver we had didnt really know what i was on about until i made circle motions indicating the freeway spiral.Taxi will be about 38 thousand.The hard part will be getting back!!!

Just got back from futo.And i have to say it was one of the best nights ever.Took heaps of pics and video.There was a lambo meet with 1 murcielago,4 SV diablo,2 diablo VT and 1 countach,1 360 ferrari,1 C5R corvette,1 supercharged GT mustang heaps of others,but my highlight was seeing the R35 in the flesh.In total there was 4,and one owner was kind enough to let me sit in it DROOL! We got there by taxi,we told the driver to pick us up at 11.But sure enough he didnt show. While wondering around we met 2 xpat americans who arrived in a 1j cresta,it was dropped to the floor with big wheels,the owner drifts it around tokyo.They gave us a lift back to Yokohama station which was a fun ride. Went to Toyota auto salon today (not what you think) it was basically a place where you view the range of new toyotas that you can buy.I wish they had the toyota crown in oz,its a really nice luxo barge.Also went to the sunshine building which is 240m high,get an awesome view of tokyo from the top,but some of it is blocked by the smog. I still have a bad back but im battling through it.Off diakuko futo tonight,which should be fun.I wont be posting pics until i get back to oz.

Hey all, Got into Osaka on monday.This is the first chance ive had to get online. Man is it cool here! Went to Osaka castle today,met this old japanese guy who was kind enough to show me around,he was practising his english on me which was awesome,though was limited,kept calling me number 1 samuri! He was telling me about the castle and showing all the cool spots to take photos.Then was off to Den Den town where i found a massive toy shop called Super kidsland.I picked up a R32 and r34 GTR remote control cars lol. There was also an arsenal of fake weapons which i got a brochure of.Picking up the drift remote control car of Nomurakens R34 four door later on. Also made my way up to Signal Auto but it was closed! Took some cool pics of the place though.There was a tough turbo charged celica and s15 inside.And on the hoist up the back was the orange R33 GTR drag car! Heading of to Tokyo tomorrow cant wait to get there! BLITZ my internet connection is not working here so im using the internet cafes.Ill get in contact with you when i get to tokyo. Sayonara!

I was told today that the R35 wont be warranted by Nissan if you import them in yourself.So i assume that means the cars are for race use only and cant be registered.

GCG Highmounts??? Anyone rate them? Bought this off another forum member.EDIT: Used on the dyno for a couple of hours.Then was removed from the car.

A) He said 34 GTR. B) No way would a XR beat a 34 GTR or GTT. C) My mates car has a fully built motor and i would have to say there are way more parts on the market for either a 34 GTR or GTT.
