Had a killer spot today near Kew. Had NSW Rego, driven by an older looking gentleman. He wasn't afraid to step on the loud pedal either. The gear changes sound amazing, seen them perform on videos but you don't really appreciate it until you see/hear the real thing.

I've regularly seen an undercover corolla (grey?) sitting on Mont Albert road with speed cam attatched, very sneaky. Also there is regularly a older falcon wagon (cant remember if it was green or maroon) on Warrigal road towards the Canterbury road end. *In the voice off the add* POLICE ARE EVERYWHERE.

My 33 GTR made 210awkw on 10 PSI Stock Turbos/Dumps, PFC, cam gears and exhaust. 210awkw on 17psi is strangely low.

Yeah about $500< from Tassie to Melbourne. I just flew down and come back via the spirit. Was cheaper and gave me a nice trip away for the weekend.

Changed from Castrol Edge 5w30 to the Motul 5w40 in my 33 GTR, seems to run much smoother now. Glad I made the change.

If its only blowing smoke on boost, sounds as though it would the the oil seals on the turbo. Bummer.

Theres probably not a set insurance for them as of yet. I'd say it would be on application basis. Call around.

Yeah thats what I was thinking of using. The price is right and the feedback is good. Don't need to look at gauges and fancy shit, gotta watch the road! Was just curious as to if they were just as good with a twin turbo setup.

Time to choose a boost controller for my R33 GTR. Does anyone use just a simple boost tap? Or is it not a done thing? (I was thinking about using the TurboXS Hi-Po one) This is my first twin turbo set up so I'm not really down with what people use. I've used an eboost on my previous car but I felt it was a waste of money as I never changed the settings/used the features. I don't need to turn it up and down regularly or switch between different settings, just hold the one setting sufficiently (20psi). What are your thoughts peeps? What do you use? Cheers.
