  1. Hows response compared to stock, id imagine not too much of a drastic change, it looks like you should be making some good power, and right across the range too. I'd have to agree with Joel, rather than just running an S-AFC, why not hook up a PFC? It may give you better insight into your problem and would probably make it easier to fix.
  2. id seen it a few times aswell, nice blue skyline, albeit flat... whereabouts you reckon it was filmed/made?
  3. Alot would depend on manifold design and the quality of tune but it does seem like a bit of an ask.
  4. Chances are its a T25 Flange, that would be my guess.
  5. Would it be for use on a stock manifold or custom/modified one?
  6. The turbo itself is the same regarding housings and trims etc., and they come in a T3 or T25 flange, id say that purchasing these turbos as a part of a kit may change some minor things, but im not sure.
  7. Well that turbo is rated at 450ps but i doubt you will be making that kind of power on a stock internal rb20... Also isnt the turbine housing a/r of 1.01 a bit too big for your application? It would probably be worth recommending getting aftermarket management with those mods (powerfc?) You could sell your boost controller and s-afc and get something along those lines. You would probably experience alot of lag with that turbo, especially with that housing A/R ratio. Power delivery wouldnt be too desirable... especially for street use. my 0.02c
  8. Yeah the 3037ProS is the internal gated version and i found out the difference was an anti surge comp housing with a 100mm (versus 70mm for the Non-S version) inlet.
  9. Are there any major differences between these two turbos? I know they have a different range of power outputs but why do they have seperate names etc. Cheers
  10. GORILA on a R33 GTR MRRB25 on a R34 Gt-t FLYN on a S15 UW8NCY on an Exa
  11. Does look very nice, albeit the too stock rear end.
  12. Yeah, SAU Group Buy: Microsoft. Does anybody here like money?
  13. Thats a bit dodgy, that they didnt let you see the photos when you asked for them. I'd use that in court if you decide to defend the case.
  14. Plenty around sydney, and i mean PLENTY. Go to any numerous points known for poser hangouts (Certain Macca's, Krispy Kremes, Area's) and you will probably see a plethora of skylines, silvias and wrx's all done up with overly loud bov's with wanka rich boys driving them. Now i know this is just a generalisation but it happens, and it really does piss me off. These people are the reason why imports get a bad name, and when they do things like what happened to toby19 it just makes the situation worse. If and when i get an import in the future, god knows ill treat it soo much better than some people i see. I also plan on leaving dragging (and high speed cornering )to the track, where you can actual prove yourself and your car in an organised and safe place, and at the same time recieve a formal result (timeslip etc). Anyway just my 0.02c.
  15. Ahh toby19, do you happen to have a 4 door white r34? Could be 2 door im not sure. Seen one around my area lately) I live close to Kings Park and i think i know which skyline your talking about, like a light purple r33 airbrushed on the front with big rims etc. Usual show style. He speeds through the local shopping centre car park alot lettin his Show-off valve blare. Rather annoying, makes me think poser boys dont deserve skylines, especially when theyre racing around putting their and other peoples lives in danger.
  16. Ahh Air on a G String by Bach, played that for an assessment a while back, nice song. I love to tune systems to tchaicovsky and beethoven, 1812 Overture has one of the greatest frequency ranges of any song, and the recording of good classical music is alot better than the recordings of new age r/n/b and pop etc. While cruising though, i like listening to anything upbeat, lately ive put alot of busta ryhmes and cat empire on. I also love a good shout-a-long punk song aswell (senses fail and the used).
  17. I think at wsid, it counts down the .400 (time it takes for last amber to turn green from memory) then gives you your r/t above that, so a .001 at wsid is possibly a .401 at willowbank. Can anyone confirm this?
