Might be a loose belt of sorts,check the tension on the fanbelts etc and pulleys. Maybe check the fan etc as well (car OFF) -

Need Some Advice On Hid Xenon Convertion Kits

Technically illegal. If you get the right globe size on the kit it will fit. I'd advise getting 6000k and no higher, any higher will look blue or purple. Most 6000k are pretty blue as it is. -
