  1. I didn't buy a car from you mate. I had work done by Herman. I delt with Herman, Herman did the work, Herman caused the problems. That's it. Forgive me for disliking him and wishing misfortune upon him. Did you not see where I noted the cars were NOT Hermans, but yours, and retracted my comment and wished you the best of luck? Or did you just ignore that because you're looking for an argument? Do you WANT me to dislike you, or what? Far out... If you're still getting misconceptions please by all regards PM me. If you're still not clear on the fact that my dislikings have nothing to do with you nor Envy Imports as a company, and need further clarification, take it to PM, but if you want to argue over nothing it's not worth my time so do not bother.
  2. Which is exactly what I said, is it not? Give or take it was not my exact analogy; but it is the general point of my post.
  3. Just be careful with the darker than legal tints. Apart from being defectable, your insurance company can technically use this against you in the case of a claim. This is why I was careful when tinting my car. You can always call your insurance company to check if you do want to risk the darker tint, some may not care. If you're not down with the group buy and you're in Western Sydney, I've got a guy in Blacktown who did a great job on my tints at a good price, just PM me and I'm happy to pass on his details.
  4. Good stuff - goes to show experience pays. Been seeing a lot of good results coming from CRD of late when it comes to their tuning.
  5. They're not rumours. Read again. My dislike for Herman is based upon first hand experience. Thats based upon myself, and friends, NOT JUST things I've read on the internet. I'm a firm believer in seeing for myself, not just basing my opinions on people on things I've read. I had heard things about him, but went to him anyway, ditto with friends, and it's always turned bad. This is why I dislike him. I'm not giving him a break, he doesn't deserve it. He's more than just thoughtless. There's no need for me to share my stories here. What's the point? What's it going to prove? Herman does a great job of making a fool of himself on his own. I'm not here to "bring him down", I don't care to, he's not worth my time. Whether he has been defrauded or whatnot doesn't matter, it doesn't give him an excuse to defraud anybody else or have the half assed attitude he does. There's no need for name calling. Did I call anybody names here? No. So how about you take some of your own friendly advice and lay off. All you're going to do is make me think you've got the same dislikable attitude as our good friend Herman. Unless you want your thread closed I'd suggest you end the argument here, I have nothing further to add.
  6. Based on first hand experience and things I've read and heard over the years, Herman deserves quite a lot of bad luck for his doings. That's not to say you do personally, so in this case, all the best recovering the vehicles.
  7. RB25/RB26 FTW. That is all.
  8. Well that sucks if they weren't his cars :\
  9. I hate thieves, but it sounds like perhaps Karma has come to visit our friend Herman?
  10. Go to a good tuner straight up this time Mona, don't mess about with if's but's and maybe's.. go to somebody with proven results: ie: unigroup, crd. No more pinging bullshit.....
  11. It's OK Mona I found all the info out off an alternate source... all i can say is tsk tsk!
  12. Nope, they apparently quickly removed the plates and did a runner from the car..
  13. Apparently being a wanker on the freeway in the wet flat changed into 4th came unstuck and spun out (according to what i've read)
  14. Pretty sure it's SCREMA.. sucked in if so.
  15. Did your dodgy engine-in 'rebuild' go sour? Or did you come to your senses and decide to remove it and do things properly?
  16. Who tuned it? Was it a new tune?
  17. I'd steer clear of Falken Ziex myself, there's sure to be better tyres around for those wheels. Pirelli maybe would be a better choice? Bound to be plenty of reviews around the net anyhow, but definately don't purchase a Falken Ziex tyre unless you can find some positive reviews on it, as Falken's are either really good or really bad..
  18. Damn, I'm glad to hear you all made it out without any injury. I'm guessing the car was an AU-III Fairmont? My parents have the same car, which tyres were you using? The ones on our car are the same ones as the dealer recommended and I can vouch for them being complete crud in the wet.
  19. I don't do car audio but I'd strongly recommend Marty from FHRX Studios - www.fhrxstudios.com Think he lurks these forums from time to time
  20. I build computers out in Blacktown.. can't always beat the prices of MSY and Fluidtek on hardware but can sometimes come close, and I'll look after you on labour and wareZ
  21. Yeh it's a rebadged uglier Corolla...
  22. Thanks for that Reverend Lovejoy, but here's a news flash - I'm not holy, I don't ride a horse, and he's a wanker.
  23. I street race, but he's still a wanker
