Ive heard that the Bosch bumps are quite noisy compared to ones like the Nismo and Tomei pump can anyone with a 040 confirm this cause i also need a new pump but i don't want something thats really noisy where im going to hear it in the cabin....

Yeah the guy made a post about it on the boost cruising forums, he had no insurance on it so now hes going to be selling it for parts or as a whole if he can find a buyer.

^^ As he said you will still need a signal to tell the pfc how much air is coming to the engine, the AFC and the PFC are only piggy back computers as where the PFC is a stand alone ecu so running a PFC and SAFC will only interfere with each other

Look in the for sale section, people are always selling dump/front pipes and you will save alot of money buying one 2nd hand then buying one new, as for the cat if you don't have a highflow one try the Just Jap high flow cat there like $160 delivered for sau member and alot of people from here have used them on there cars and said they work perfectly. But if you want something made up you can't go past Exhaust Technology on goodwood road hes a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and his work is top notch.

Great review, ive been thinking about changing my shocks and springs to something a little less harsh (Tein HA's) especially for when driving through the hills, cause my suspension is wayy too stiff for the terrible Adelaide hills roads

When was the last time you changed your fluid? im pretty sure if my memory serves me correctly the higher the DOT rating the faster the fluid will absorb moisture therefore needing to be flushed more regularly because 5.1 has a higher boiling point then your standard 4 or or super dot 4 i think the dry boiling point for it is around 270C so it might have just been old fluid

GTR strut brace will fit on a GTST fine the problem lies with the clearance gap between the strut brace and the plenum

Just doing a bit of research into the G max clutch i can't see anything that is a single plate one....its obvious that the pressure plate is the g max plate but all the clutches ive seen on the net are otherwise twin or tripple plates, and your clutch only has the one friction plate??

What are you using the car for? track or street? if track my pick would be Motul RBF 600 if your cars a streeter then any dot 4 or super 4 fluid will be fine personally id go the motul for that too cause they make quality sh## you will also need two 600ml bottles to flush all your brakes and you might have enough to do you clutch if you wanted to do that to

Do you have adjustable cam gears and a timing light because you will need them both to be able to change your timing

Thats pretty bad but i cant say ive heard good things about just cars, a friend of mine who does insurance (not cars) warned me not to go with just cars but go for H2P i got a way better quote with them then what i did with Just Cars so you should give them a call too
