what plastic cap are you using on the bottom of the shifter? if its the one off the ebay shifter buy a new one from nissan. the ebay shifter one will be too small!

it was the power cable fuse. looked fine but it was dead. thanks guys

i got the remote cable which connects to the back of cd player. positive cable goes 2 battery. and the earth connected 2 bolt. the only way for the amp 2 work is have another small piece of wire from the power terminal to the remote terminal. seems very weird 2 me!

i sourced power from blue and white wire on the back of my pioneer deck. but its just strange how i have 2 have that piece of wire running from power terminal to the remote terminal. oh well guess ill just go with that

hey everyone. installed a amp into my 33. its only an old soundstream so nothing flash. the weird thing is the only way to get power to it is bridge a small piece of wire from the power terminal to the remote terminal on it. now i thought that should give it constant power but it doesnt. it just operates normal. as in when i turn the deck off the power goes off. never had this problem before when installing in other cars. i dont have a problem with running it like that it just seems a little weird! any ideas??

i got the same problem atm. gunna get new coils this week. hopefully that fixes it
