  5. Whoo! Only real problems I had with remembering last time was battle courses... the one where it just went back and forth criss cross was just too hektik for me.
  6. hey, if you wanna come up to texi this weekend (sunday) for a bit, i'd be happy to have a chat and help out a bit (between runs).
  7. Not too sure about control arms, but the suspension/coilovers themselves are very easy to do; if I can do it, everyone can

  9. http://www.strangepolice.com/content/item/16799.html <- amusing, but unfortunately, a ticket is a ticket. rego + speed, irrespective of whatever else is on there is proof enough.
  10. Haha, can imagine it would be! "OH SHIT A CAR IN FRONT OF ME" At that stage I was running less than 200rwkw too, but going from an AU falcon station wagon with LPG to that.. wow.

  14. +1, not only because then it's legal, but by then you'll have much more experience behind the wheel. I got my car after I'd been off my P's for years and it still scared the shit out of me at first.
  15. no water on pan unless it rains no intentional water, i guess you could say.
  16. I hit Google up and had heaps of sites; just figured some people here might have used some of them before and swore by them Looks good man... If I end up getting one there, I'll let you know.
  17. True, just in case dad shoves it outside to put the boat in though. (a real boat, not my car ) If anything it'd be put out the back (inaccessible due to other cars and then a boat in the way)
  18. The only person I'd trust there is an ex of mine who's been working at one of the stores since it opened... Gawd, 2004? Either way; she knows her shit.
  19. Haha, yeah. I know I'll get what I pay for; as it'll be on for long periods of time, I don't think 250-300 is unreasonable. I'll be giving it a damn good clean/wax before it gets covered up though...
  20. Also, I guess the idea would be to have something soft on the inside...?
  21. Hi guys, Looking at getting a car cover because I'll be moving eventually and leaving the car at home. No room for it in the city. Anyone have any suggestions? It'll be removed every now and then when I come home, and for track events, but other than that, I guess something that's got a fairly solid "skin", to stop water getting through when it rains? Just 2 seconds on google, are Kenco any good? Saw one on the Supercrap website, $129. http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/online-st...id=4258#details Any other recommendations? (thought of this after seeing Chubbs lol it up in a SAUVIC thread)
