  2. Hey guys, im going around in circles with cars, i cant really afford to keep everything, so i am thinking about selling my DR30 shell, would anyone be interested? '84 DR30 2 door (plates defected) Has the iron mask front but is missing the headlights and filler pannel. Has the S2/3 front & rear bar, lower lip (intercooled), missing the round taillights (has aussie spec tail lights) Interior is mostly stripped, aussie dashboard, aussie seats, jap centre console, jap door trims. Someone previously has removed the R200 and replaced it with an R180 differential All the glass is in the car and in tact Obiously no engine or gearbox All the looms are there, and the engine loom is for a haltch e6k any questions? cheers everyone Phil
  3. Parts for sale in Adelaide R32 GTR ECU, i have removed from my GTR, chipped and i was running 550cc injectors with it. Has no brand name markings on it, but it has an aftermerket chip on the board - $300 Bomex front bar, off R32 GTR - $200 Blitz cat back exhaust for R32, should fit R33 also - $350 Work wheels 16x8, offset not marked but fit very well on 32GTR, 50% tread all round - $500 cheers Phil

In 2005, tuned to to 260KW at the wheels, the previous owner ran a 11.8sec quarter mile , the car hasn't been re-run since the recent modifications. As it is, this is a very fast and drivable car while still retaining it's factory look and feel. Over $15,000 spent in modifications in the last 6 months, I am currently building a track car and need more cash to do so.   13. i reckon i dropped my gtr box at about the same time you did yesterday!
  14. Ive just changed my box in R32 gtr, most of the fluid has drained out of the hydraulic line to the gearbox and the new box (transfer case) has no hydraulic fluid (A/T fluid) in it. Do i just need to fill the reservior in the boot? or do i need to short the hydraulic pump fuse and open the bleed valve on the transfer case? If so where or which fuse is it? any help would be appreciated cheers
  15. Hey guys, got myself back into a DR30, cant keep away from them! Ill get pics up soon, i bought it as a shell, defected, with aussie struts/cradle + r180 diff, no interior, so i guess its a bit of a track project!

  20. You can use S13 coilovers, S13 hubs on your swing arms, with r33 non tubo rotors, and R33 turbo calipers. The S13 strut top is the reverse of the R30/31 strut top, so you may find to get that extra bit of neg camber you need to slot the upper strut to hub bolt. (or you could do what i did and machine a new triangular strut top plate, with the studs in it) cheers

  24. That photo of the engine bay was not as it was when i sold it, i pulled that motor setup out before selling it. I sold it with a pretty tight FJ, haltech, VG30 and a few other engine perfomance bits. The photo of the engine i posted was how i first built the car, fully restored engine bay etc, ran up just over 500kms in a brand new chris miltons engine, made 200rwkws at 9psi, running the engine in I still have that engine in the photo and everything to go with it, im trying to decide what to put it in... if i found another DR shell i would use that But yeh, would have nailed a std GTR with a rolling start
  25. Let it go for 10k, the guy didn't beat me down once, and is happy as could be, ive been told many times its worth more i still regret selling it at all. To be honest i think the DR30 was a better can than my gtr, not as fast or powerfull but its just straight up tough! and the GTR has 2530's, PowerFC, 100mm Cooler, injectors, 4" zaust, etc etc quite a responsive and powerfull package, but i miss the DR
