  1. Does your car even run at the moment??
  2. I have to fit the new fuel pump and filter, injectors, and tune. DONE! (But might take me a month or so to do...)
  3. So far I've seen enough to know that there's no speed limiter, no throttle limiter, and you can retune to suit whatever mods you want to do. = more awesome than Nismo!
  4. Yeah I can still do this Sunday, as long as it's morning this time.
  5. Cam's didn't work because his fuel filter was blocked. Other than that it was fine in his car, but wasn't tuned beyond 4,500rpm. I've had mine plugged in, and it worked, but I pulled it out until I could get a proper tune on it.
  6. It's pretty hard... Disconnect battery. Connect harness. Plug in F con. So far it's taken 5 minutes... Reconnect battery. Tune. Done. Which part of that was difficult?
  7. I see your point, sorry, I'll just correct my original post... Better?
  8. Cheap! these are discontinued so buy! More awesome than Nismo!
  9. If you're in Melbourne I think Scotty can supply and fit for you? Otherwise there are a couple of other options, I'm running the AM Performance dump pipe and it's awesome! Easier sometimes to go with a local, so PM Scotty and see what he says.
  10. I've got a set going in, my local Pedders recommended them and they can supply them as cheap as I've seen around. They specifically recommended the eccentric ones so they could introduce more caster. Said it'd be awesome.
  11. I bought mine from Northshore 9 months ago, great purchase experience, but check your paperwork thoroughly - there was an issue with the engine number on mine (only a typo) and I had to sit around for an hour while Ben got it sorted. But I had to ring Ben a couple of months back to talk to him about a couple of things done at compliance, and the response was "too bad so sad" - VERY unimpressed with the service after I'd signed the paperwork. They still have clean cars, just check them over well, even little things like the location of the child restraint mounts, making sure the band expander works, and making sure they've actually done everything they were supposed to at compliance.
  12. You can't receive new messages... Remind me what size did you go for with the wheels? They were 19x something right? Have any problems with fitment?
  13. Most people remove the inspection cover and either fit the Power Duct or some form of sealant to it. Not sure about the rattle, if you think something is loose why not jack it up and take a look?
  14. Is this where I tell you to stop the chat, then go work on my yellow C34?
  15. Cheers. Glad you were impressed as I negotiated speed humps... You should def come to a cruise. Much fun is had! Also silver C34 spotted on memorial drive, xx plates. Leaving foo fighters?
  16. Now that the Mac fanboys have quietened down... I have no problems with Win7 and Firefox, Mac and Firefox or Chrome, Ubuntu and Chromium, iPad and Safari, or Android and Chrome. Win7 and MacOS are so close these days there's really bugger all difference. Get rid of Internet Explorer and that should help.
  17. Silver C34 driving along churchill road this morning.
  18. Spotted Fgjoh in his C34 hanging around the Prospect/Blair Athol border again this morning. Spotted a Black C34 (possibly Midnight-Runner?) at the car wash in the Bunnings Parafield car park in the afternoon... Whoever it was, mates had nice cars. Spotted a blue Evo 6 and a white Evo 7. HOT!
  19. Oh yeah, sorry, twin aerials. You'll need an adapter to make it a single aerial plug into the band expander.
  20. Pay peanuts you get Monkeys Warehouse?
  21. I've met that guy, bought my Nismo wing through him. He just wants to sell it. He's had it for sale for a very long time, and obviously he feels he's had to drop the price for a faster sale. When I looked at it I was suitably impressed, but it just looked like a neat, tidy and honest car. Some of the stuff he's identified in the ad to be replaced are pretty picky and I wouldn't even mention (like retinting the front windows and machining the rear disks?!). If you're looking for one I'd say it'd be a good buy. Worth a look!
  22. I know people who have, and have had all kinds of problems with fitting and then fitting of other mods, i.e. FMICs. Stay well away.
  23. TBH your trans cooler looks identical, except that it's silver instead of black. With the cruise control, looking at your thread installing the buttons is pretty much plug and play now you've supplied wires with the right pins on them, right?
  24. I think if Matt found one that fitted without modding that's a win. IIRC Iain's fit after he'd cut half the front end apart...
  25. Thanks for rubbing in in you bastard! I have a better plan than that... half the bits are sitting at dads work next to his hoist. The rest will relocate there shortly, and I'll fit them there too. Next to fit is the cruise control, controls on one day, rest on the next. Hoping to fit the shift kit and trans cooler together after that, then fit and rewire fuel pump. TBH my B & M trans cooler looks pretty similar to yours, except mine is black and everyone knows black is cooler than silver.
