WTF? Skylines have to be one of the most reliable cars on our roads today. Not to mention comfy, quick, and good looking! If I were you Crazy, I'd go the Series 2, Much nicer inside, Dual Airbags, Updated headlights, which in my opinion look fantastic, and really make the car look alot newer than the series1. and a few other things. As for the turbos being a little different, that doesnt apply to you because youre not looking to modify it by the sounds of things. For a nice clean spec2 you can expect to pay anything in that price range you said, they are more expensive than a spec1, but a lot nicer, and have a 'newer' feel to them. Plus, if you want something thats reliable, you would want something a little newer anyhow. Things to look out for. - K's wound Back - Accident Damage - Complied? - Warranty (If you get from a daler make sure they provide you with a warranty) - Hard Life (Make sure its been well maintained) - Turbo Its just like buying any car mate, get it fully inspected and checked out by a mechanic that you trust, then get it done again by someone else. If your happy with it, buy it! You wont regret it. Also.. make sure you can afford to insure it

Ok, maybe its just my car.. or maybe I havent looked hard enough, but I can only find the jack in my boot. I cant find the lever to make the jack go up or down, or the brace to take the wheel nuts off with. Are these hiding somewhere I should look? Or should I go buy some and put them in my car? - ex

Its always the way, its almost as if your cars can sense your going to sell them, My first car when I put a for sale sign on it, the next day it conked out, and the fuel pump went, then someone ran into it at the supermarket, then I chipped the windscreen. My 2nd Car, as soon as I had decided to sell it, some lady reversed into it and drove off, the electric windows stopped working, then I got an EPA letter. I think it just seems to happen when you go to sell your car, its like the car doesnt want to be sold.

ummm... just typical NGK Copper Plugs gapped to .8mm seem to do the trick.. theres no point going crazy with plugs if you change them every 10,000ks

Yea I got the 0.8mm plugs.. runs nice, the idle is a little different.. but up top, she gets up and dances.

Howd you go with this INASNT? I didnt get round to it, I just put in some 0.8mm plugs, and upped the boost with no detonation.. so im running around 11psi.. and loving it I went for a fang last night with the gf in the car, and got from about 30ks to 140ks in about 4 secs.. the girlie sh*t herslef and ordered me to tell her when I was going to do that I loved it. Hopefully by summer I'll have a FMIC anyway..

FMIC - Front Mount INtercooler Black33 - You can notice the difference quite considerably.. mines runnign on 9.5psi and its an animal.. when it hits boost in the dry in 2nd I lose traction and all hell breaks loose.. and ive got 255s on the rear My next Mod is definatley a front Mount then run 12psi.. then after that, 3.5" dump from the turbo.. then new turbo.. then 14psi.. then powerfc, then more boost, then new internals.. then... the list goes on!

You can either sell it, or buy it at the agreed residual. So.. just say your residual is around $10,000 at the end of the lease, you can either buy it back for 10k, or you could sell it for 15k, and keep 5k .. if you know what I mean? Either way, you HAVE to pay the residual.
