yeah just got 19s and new rubber so even if i did get new tyres i would only be able to get half a decent tyre haha. also have just got all new brake pads. def considering the fuel pump or stut braces. so is there any power difference with a bosch 044 compared to a standard 33gtst pump. what will change??

i got a similar problem, what about getting on the inside of the plastic?? i seem to have foggyness or some kind of moisture build up on the inside. how do ya go about taking the plastic light cover off??? i noticed 2 little metal clips but unsure if they come off easily or at all?

mate just brough an xr6t and while probably quicker, it doesnt feel as violent when shifting through gears (and comming on boost). so it had quiet a smooth power delivery compared to my line. only having around 170rwkws mine certianly feels like its going harder but im sure it aint..

my birthdays comming up and i got a relative spending about 200 on me. so i defenitly wanna get something for the line. so far ive allready got front dump, boost controller, full exhaust, heavy duty clutch, and KnN filter. will also be getting a fmic in a couple of weeks. so my question is what should ii get next (as far as performance) for around that price range.??????? one option i was considering getting a tune on a dyno. any other suggestions??

ok like the 100 other posts before. i purchased one of these boost controllers. i already have a gfb valve already set up on the car and was installed by the previous owner. could someone give me a quick run down of how to install the new boost controller in replace old the gbf, is it just a straight up swap.. disconnect the hoses from gfb then connect them to the turbo tech one?? or is there any change or extras i need to be concerned with. im installing it asap so any imediate help would be awesome! thanks jake

k first of all im still new to this. had a look around but couldnt find general answers. my cars boost is set at 10psi by a gfb valve, ocassionally when i give it a little bit, my boost gauge will hit 11 or 12. guessing this is spiking?? what causes it? can it be fixed? and is it bad. mind you i read some post and people said they were spiking a lot higher. but just unsure of what really goes on when people refer to it. cheers Jake

ha ACA sucks, im sure they'll related it to Km's been wound back importing cars, then illegal modifying (defects) , then hoon behavior, then how hoons are all on ice... all in the space of one segement.

maybe its the head shield around the turbo. might have a screw loose and be tapping metal on metal (sorta vibrates on it at low rev). just a thought.. make sure all screws and clamps n stuff are all tightned around that area. if they are, then it probably an iternal thing

yeah i always turn the key to accessories position. let the fuel pump do its thing, and then turn the car on. been told it greatly improves the life on ignition ect..

XIX exotic wheels (u.s company) model: X-O5, 19x8.5 19x9.5 couldnt find the weight of the wheels. what MANWHORE says makes a lot of sense.

had my 33 for roughly 2 weeks now. when i started off with it i was running stock rim and tyre specifiaction. now have upgraded 19's with perrrelli p zero's, which ive been told arent a bad tyre. anyway there 9.5's on the rear. now my delimea is obviously the title of the topic. am i feeling less power due to there being bigger tyre and rim diameter? or is it me just getting use to the car.? i mean this is not a big decrease or anything. it just seemed that my car went a bit harder with stock tyres and rims (still same performance mods). sorry i know the questions is kinda up in the air, just wondering if its my head or a fact /possibility. i mean i definetly know the tyres are quiet harder to spin than stock. but is there a power loss? thanks Jake
