i had 221 rwk in my r33 with a real punchy setup and i had no dramas with traction. and stock suspension. only got a chirp out of 2nd. have real good tyres though. you want traction spend some real good cash on tyres

what bov setup were you running when the turbo blew? modified stock bov?, blocked off?

funniest part for me was the little robot trying to douse ironman. lol

dont need to buy a new cooler. ive blown 6 turbos and cooler is still perfect. just clean it with heaps of pressure and get the bits of metal out. flush your engine oil too cause small fragments would have most likely passed through the motor. but u will know when this happens, my motor clunked for about 1-2 minutes after i blew the last turbo. noise went away. cars still purrs, i think im just lucky.

my stock bov has crapped itself as i tried modifying it to hold boost. in the market to buy a gtr bov to hold close to 20 psi on a t4 turbo. i prefer a vic seller as i am willing to pick up. thanks Anthony heres my number if u are selling one 0433447630

another question... will my stock bov be up to the task if i am to run 17 psi on this turbo? ive been quoted on a turbosmart full plumback bov. for around 400 what is a cheaper option regarding plumback bov's?

i have to wait a couple months til i get a gt30 turbo. need the car on the road quickly. stock turbo is just temporary
