  1. same dyno. same tuner. power didnt feel the same til after a couple weeks after last dyno.
  2. went to the dyno today to get my boost increased and at the same boost level of 13 psi car has lost 43 rwk 8 weeks ago my r33 gtst had 220.6 on 13 psi and now 177. turbo is only 2500k's old, new clutch installed. nothing different. tuner still hasnt done a compression check on it but he said the engine sounds very healthy. there was no misfires on the dyno run or milky substances in the oil. another thing that got me concerned is that the a/f ration were tuned at 12/1 and now they had gone up to 13/1. rob put them back to 12/1 but no increase in power was made. this is a huge power loss and i dont know where to begin. mod list is here and nothing has changed r33 gtst with pfc, blitz fmic, 600cc hiflowed injectors, tomei fuel pump (intank), mtq hiflow turbo, z32 afm, panel filter in stock airbox. 3in turbo back exhaust with hiflow cat need some expert advice thankyou
  3. i could get a 33 gtr now but after hearing and doing some research about the r34 gtr i will wait til i have the money il stick with my 2.5 banger gtst for now

  6. i am going to wait it out as i decided to keep my 33 gtst for a little while longer, just paid the reg and insurance. hopefully by this time next year i could afford one. i got about 30 k at the moment. il just save abit more and get a 34
  7. tossing up whether to buy a 34 gtr or 33 gtr i love the 33 shape but i have heard the 34's are better? i dont know much about gtr's. whats the go? this car wont be modified much apart from a ecu and exhaust and some mild boost.
  8. the z32 300 zx is an awesome machine if you know what your doing. yes they have a tight engine bay but who cares. if you know how to work on them there easy. we have owned one for the past 5 years. done all its mechanical services including timing belts and pulleys, water pumps etc. there technoligy is still very avanced for their time, even more than our rb25's. once slightly modified (10psi, exhaust), they bloody move. very nice car to drive and hugs the road well. only negative side to them is that they have overheating issues sometimes. we bought a really good one so we havent had many problems apart from general things. pay the extra cash and get a really good one, 91 model upwards. otherwise dont bother going cheap as most of them are cops. cheers

  13. i got the camber arms put in and ajusted and it definately has helped with some traction. i dont get wheelspin when i hit fulllboost in 1st i got good tyres also so its obviously going to help. we couldnt go any more on the camber due to the car being lowered and having 265's on the rear. here are the settings now. left -0.60 right -0.60
  14. gettin a retune next week. goes ok for 11 psi
  15. i got a power run today with the stock airbox, lid off and had 194rwk. with the lid on i actually gained 3 rwk and not as lean
  16. we found the problem. eas took off the actuator today because he was going to tune it but couldnt due to not having his software. we monitered the boost tonight and was tapering off to 11 psi instead of 13 where it was set at from creatd originally. very dissapointed with that
  17. it actually goes crap phil. very dissapointed. can smell fuel at idle though....
  18. i think there must be a problem as i had a couple of runs on my mates driveway on the farm. only 2nd and 3rd gear and abit in 4th i was only a car or so infront of him by the end of it. he has a r33 gtst only on 10 psi (stock turbo) and cat back exhaust. i dont know what could be wrong
  19. hey guys 5 weeks ago i got my r33gtst tuned at creatd on 13psi r33 gtst with supporting mods and a standard hiflow r33 turbo on 13 psi made 220.6rwk (creatd) today i got my new clutch installed at EAS and id thought id give it a power run too see what i get on theirs. 196.9 rwk surely it cannot be right. i mean it is a hiflow turbo...car also has a pfc, full exhaust, z32afm, injectors, fuel pump, blitz fmic. car is in immaculate condition mechanically. very confused... i have heard of variances before but thats a big gap
  20. well these cars are ment for lil jap people so your mate would fit right in it . seriously this thread is stupid. if he loves the 33 gtr then support him and be a mate.
  21. tested out the maxxis maz1's 265/35/18's awesome. i used to wheelspin with kumos in 2nd and 1st gear was a nightmare. now i spin very slightly in 1st and only a chirp in 2nd. great tyres 8.5/10

  23. always excuses from you slide. your recent hiflows were just plain shit and admit it. to the thread starter : even if it were within the 1 yr bracket he wouldnt have warrantied your turbo as he didnt mine. people who rebuilt it, not naming who did said it was of poor quality build.
