  1. anyone know this question?
  2. just curious to see how much preload people are running on their ajustable actuators. i had a problem of apparently not running enough which is why my hiflow could only hold boost at 13 psi. im getting a retune next week. from 3/4 of a hole of preload i have now loaded it up to 1.8 holes. what do u guys reccommend as safe preload on a rb25 bush bearing hiflow or any type of hiflow thanks
  3. they do a 12 second pass standard dont they?
  4. il try not too. its pretty new so i think it should be ok.. well i hope lol
  5. i have now set the preload at 1 and 3/4 holes. its perfect now. my minimum boost at topend is now 12psi (goes to 14.5 then down to 12 now). time for a retune again lol. this time i think i can hold more than 13 how much boost the way i have set the preload would i be able to hold now roughly now that the flap is tighter?
  6. i just spoke to the guy who built the turbo. its good for 450hp. found the problem. wastegate flap stayin open needs more preload on the actuator. it was only at 3/4 of a hole. MTQ told me to run 2 holes of preload and it will be more than fine.
  7. hey guys i have an r33 gtst. got it tuned with the following mods and couldnt hold more than 13psi in top end. made 209rwk. any suggestions to why im not making power and cant increase boost? tuner rekons that my rear housing on my turbo is way too small. its quite a big hiflow ( rear is). front is like stage2. my exhaust is a 3inch turbo back. but it is bellmouth. do i go split dump?? i dont know. i was thinking of going 4 inch and split dump to my 3inch cat back?? opinions please. here are my mods -r33gtst -mtq hiflow turbo -pfc -blitz fmic -tomei intank fuel pump -600cc injectors -modded standard bov -k&n panel filter -HID boost controller -3inch turbo back exhaust with hiflowed cat boost drops off from 17psi down to 13. turbo just runs out of puff. need some help cheers people
