  1. for under 10k youd have an awesome setup. if you want to retain a stock look and go for your desired power goal go for a gcg hiflow, pfc, injectors, fuel pump,fmic, turbo back exhaust,hd clutch. should get full boost by 3k. its been covered many times before. good luck with it all
  2. i think its your clutch also. i spoke to andrew from kudos and he told me he wouldnt run anything over 245rwk on the exedy cushioned button. maybe its slippin without you even realising it?

  5. like normal insurance mate. if your under 25 with a sports car they will more likely insure you. if youv'e had a bad driving history and fines etc. your screwed!! lol
  6. no offence what so ever mate. when the issue gets sorted should be sufficient enough
  7. got the clutch inspected. stuffed pressure plate. wasnt clamping 100%.
  8. have you changed your fuel pump?
  9. very strange. i went for a 30 minute drive earlier. just cruising and every gear change felt shakey. when i got home i could smell clutch really bad. made me sick. whats goin on with this damn car! want to find this problem before i buy another clutch and stuff it up too.

  13. i just drove my friends r33. he has a exedy cushioned button clutch. they feel like a standard clutch and are awesome and very streetable. ordering one tomorow and my mate told me there good for holding 260rwk?
  14. ive had a problem for a while since i put the new pivot in. i get alot of shudder everytime i drive/ take off normally.
  15. yea it was slipping on the track definately. 1st gear would rev fine to middle of 1st then slip. my friend who was at calder confirmed it cause there was no wheelspin when i took off normally then punched it. clutch was smelling worse and worse after every run. last 2 runs were in the high 14's at 103mph. im ordering a new clutch on monday and we'll see how it goes. getting an exedy cushioned button. thanks for all your help people.
  16. would a exedy cushion button be a good application for me even if i up the boost and make 240rwk? different brand? and how will the cushioned button clutches be on my gearbox and diff compared to what i have? im a newbie when it comes to clutches
  17. the clutch i currently have is a exedy sports organic nsk7056so. and i do know what clutch i have
  18. it done it tonight more so in 2nd gear. just revved and went no where
  19. yes i understand what you saying but most times i don not rev n dump and it still slips top of 1st gear
  20. or could it be my current clutch pedal needs adjusting. as the engagment is way too high when i clutch in and out. also when i drive i can feel constant shudder in 1st and 2nd gear.
  21. it was a heavy duty organic clutch. they so over rate their clutches though
  22. got my car dynoed at 220rwk and my exedy sports organic clutch which was supposto be rated to 240rwk has started to slip. worst part its only done 5-6,000 k's tops. i wont be making more power than i currently have but i want it to last up to 280rwk just incase i want to push for a new setup later on next year. what would best suit my application? i do not want another exedy clutch. they suck thanks
  23. i now know the reason. clutch is fried. went to do the same type of launch just before and grabs middle of 1st gear then just revs and goes no where and a little bit at the top of 2nd. rest of the gears are ok. reason for my mph? new clutch time. whats a good clutch for the power im making. dont want to limit myself either so say up to 260rwk. and need it to last.
