hey guys thinking of getting my hiflow repaired by MTQ. what do you think of them? it will be a journal bearing again. also a quick question the sizes are like this on the hiflow: TURBINE WHEEL EXDUCER 50mm COMPRESSOR WHEEL INDUCER 55mm what is stock size? thanks

if your car isnt tuned or has a boost controller he will beat ya mate. but you have the majority of goodies to knock his socks off if u get an ecu and tune. 11's on a ve with cam only is a load of crap. maybe a high 12. hope that helps

i know what he's talking about. jetting it down to trick the stock solenoid = more boost. not very good on skylines bro as they spike quite badly get yourself a good ebc and be done with it... afterall you got a gt30 lol good luck

ive had my r33 gtst gearbox rebuilt a little over 1 yr ago. was perfect. i do drive hard but up until a few days ago when i change quick it just chrunches and dosent wanna go in. it dosent happen all the time clutch is new by the way. oil was replaced 3 months ago too, to full synthetic. i did have a problem 2 months ago when my pivot on the end of my shifter went through the gearbox. it was fine still. tuner said not to worry about it as its nylon/plastic. now im havin some problems under quick changes... what could be wrong? thanks

sounds like that one is on its way too. i gought a second hand 33 turbo cause my hiflow blew and i get the same noise. just run it on stock boost. if it goes it goes.

im getting mtq hiflows in qld to further inspect the turbo.. i spoke to murnane and they didnt even open the cartridge. i wont be dealing with tossers anymore

give peter from amec auto a call. he could probably sell you a full workshop manual for zed's, if he has it. he owns a race car 300zx. he knows his stuff (07) 33242400 Amec auto

im going to get rid of it anyway anr un my car standard for atleast 6 months. sellin it cheap for 200 if anyones interested. its a gizzmo one. but when im ready il try and get a black discreet one and replace it where the stock one goes. i think its a wise decesion there thanks matey

nuthin went through it. i can assure you. how can something go through when everything was tight, in tact, and perfectly meshed afm . I shouldnt have sent it to THEIR workshop for warranty. A new company took over called murnane. As if their going to warranty sheldons shit hiflows... well... "aarons" Be careful guys... be very careful if yours goes pop on you

hey guys as you know i had a crap slide hiflow that chat itself under light load. And as i was expecting.... not under warranty!! just thought id let ya guys know incase somthing happens to your slide hiflow . "something went through the turbo" man that makes me laugh :laughing-smiley-014: oh well onto bigger and much better things cheers
