  1. R31/R32/R33 (Series 1 and 2)Skylines all take the exact same C's Short Shift kit in case anyone cares : ) If you can wait 3 weeks I can have a used one sent direct from Japan to you for approx $200.
  2. Any items sent via the postal service and are under $1000 in value are exempt from import duty, according to the aus gov website. It is important to list the declared value on the attached customs declaration though. If you insure an item you will pay import duty, cant have cake and eat it too unfort. I have space in a container leaving in November if anyone needs it. Rims, exhausts, coilovers I would recommend to send in a container. Turbos, electronics I would send via EMS. Charging around $250 for 4 rims with rubber from Japan to Melbourne, $100 for coilovers, $150 for exhausts. Import duty applies also (15%) and GST (10%). Any questions please send an email. Oh, and no bodykits in the container as they are too fragile and expensive to bring over.
  3. But Heath, Vicroads only employs esteemed professionals... Quote the sale price as 15K as thats what you could get away with reasonably if it was stock....cough no thats not a 2535 turbo...its standard fitment my good man... I think its 4% of the sale price, and transfer fee which is less than $100. They wont even look at your car in the fleh they just do the paperwork. The dramas people have when going to Vicroads that you would have heard of is when the car is unregistered. Should be no probs, just get to the reg office fist thing in the morning as come 10am it gets busy. PS cant wait to go for a spin in the new monster, it sounds awesome from the specs. Let me know if you want those bits and pieces : )
  4. Use the below link for translating from Japanese to English. Just click the second tab underneath the field where you paste the website address. Be prepared for some unusual sentences though! It will give you a good indication of what the item for sale is however. http://www.ocn.ne.jp/translation/
  5. Hi slapper : ) not often you get to call someone that and get away with it... Can get Z32 AFMs direct from Japan to you within 3 weeks. Costs from $250 without plug including delivery. Please email for more info.
  6. Hi Can source you one from Japan from $300 delivered for the first blue screen version. If you are on a budget, have a think about the earlier model (black with 5 dials on the front for pic see http://www.slidewizeimports.com/products/i...ex.transit.html about half way down the page) these can be sourced from $140-$200 including delivery.
  7. Hi Batmbl I can source a used one from Japan for you for around $200-300 delivered. Would take about 3 weeks to your door.
  8. If you want to wait 3 weeks, I can have some to your door for under $250.
  9. Have an approx 40,000 kms stock cooler one off an Series 1 R33 GTSt in stock, make an offer over $40. No piping but has the brackets.
  10. Tried the Yahoo Auctions? The sellers wont send direct to you, but an agent can help you buy all the parts you want and then arrange to have them sent to you in Australia. Big range of parts, and some excellent prices on used parts.
  11. Gday Heath, why dont you just buy my 32 GTR : ) much cheaper than an 33 GTR. Getting sick of it sitting around gathering dust. Havent heard of many people getting much luck with finance for imports unfortunately. Might be worth calling some of the bigger vehicle importers, as they might get asked these questions? Hope the racing is going well for you!
  12. I own Slidewize Imports, supplying performance parts as some of you may know.

Cheating fathers, all too familiar. Just wants you to make something of yourself and be a better person when they make your life so difficult I think. I know of several of my mates fathers that did the same thing, no mothers though.
  14. My fiancee booked our honeymoon through Flight Centre as they were the cheapest we could find. Quite helpful too. One of my fiancees good friends is a travel agent, and she couldnt get any better prices than Flight Centre...so thats who we went with. Although we havent flown out as yet, so we could end up staying in a shed with local animals when we get to Borneo : ) But so far Flight Centre look good.
  15. The most recent examples of standard R34 GTR rims I have seen in Japan have sold for between $1800-$2100 including all fees Japan side. The only other costs are getting the rims to Australia (freight, import duty, GST) also then freight from Melbourne to where ever you are located. Some 18X10 BBS LM rims sold for $1700 recently. Also seen some 17X8 BBS LMs (only two rims though for R33 GTSt, so not much use to most people) sell for only $250! Out of interest, standard R33 GTR rims and tyres have been selling for around $1400. All up around $3000 would be realistic for a set of R34 GTR rims, maybe a tad less (this is with tyres). Prices dont vary a great deal without tyres. We wont have a shipping container leaving for several months for heavy/larger items, so if you are in a hurry probably best to look elsewhere at this point. Any smaller items are being sent via EMS (electronics, turbos and even coilovers sometimes).
  16. INASNT, I havent brought in used TE37s previously, as we sell them new. Slidewize Imports normally only does smaller items that can be sent via air. Bulky/heavy items like rims, exhausts, etc we can have sent via shipping container. It will be several months before we are sending a container to melbourne however. I plan to send items via shipping container on a regular basis in the future, but at this point it is not worthwhile to do them often.
  17. Hi All We sell TE37s in 18" for $4400 a set. Courier Australia wide is $100, or pickup is available in Melbourne. Used rims we can source from Japan, however it will be several months before we have a container coming to Melbourne. If you want to wait that long though, we can have used 18'S with rubber for around $2000, 17's even less. Just depends on brand, type of vehicle they will fit, condition etc. For any further info just send an email : )
  18. Did someone say they wanted Buddy Clubs rims... http://www.slidewizeimports.com/products/i...index.turn.html As Burto will tell you, the QFs in 18X10 will take a long time to get here but they are very nice rims! We can also get TE37s but they are around $1100 a rim from memory (but are in stock and ready to send tomorrow if required).
  19. Regarding your current seat, why not just go to Clarke Rubber and get some foam and get Mum on the sewing machine to cover it : ) Or for the ultimate in bargain basement, put the foam in a pillow case...
  20. I doubt this would help, but I can email you a EVC3 Manual if its any use. Heres a pic from it, bummer they dont include pics/diagrams of installs in popular vehicles such as ECR33.
  21. 1989 R32 GTR RB26DETT purchased through Prestige. Failure of Pistons 3&6 (when taken pics, I noticed pretty much all of them were actually quite stuffed with little dents on the sides), unsure as to why as I dont have contact with the mechanic that performed the rebuild anymore. Interesting though, compression was only low (60 I think) in two cyclinders. The rest were around 110-120 I recall. Oil was all through the intake and car was down on power hence the suspicion. I originally thought the Turbos were blown and this is why oil was everywhere. Was running 1 Bar, standard ECU and fuel system standard Turbos that had been removed previously and replaced with R33 GTR turbos. 17X9 Sparcos with 245 rubber on all fours. Needed a rebore, used all Nissan parts and oversize Nissan Pistons for rebuild. I know this is a bit vague, but I hope it helps in someway. Heres some pics, they are from a 6600 so not too clear sorry.
  22. Beautiful rims, and FM901s are great tyres. Has anyone priced 18" rubber lately... Good luck with the sale son of rajab Terror!
  23. The solenoids can be purchased seperately second hand in Japan for around 4000 Yen on average from what I have seen.
  24. We can source these in any condition, the cheapest good condition example would end up costing $750 approx once delivered to you. You can spend more or less, but you generally get what you pay for on popular parts like HKS Turbos. Here is a link for '2510' from the Yahoo Auctions in Japan, where we buy most most of our parts from: http://search1.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/sea...cale=0jp&acc=jp For more information on what we can offer, please contact via email.
  25. Hi There We can source R32 lights from Japan and have them sent direct to you. Takes about 2-3 weeks to your door. These sell as low as 3000 Yen each in Japan (for R32 GTSt), so including EMS to you would be about $120 for one. A Pair would only be about $30 more.
