  1. hehe foot in mouth much? if it were so easy, he'd have his championship by now (as someone already mentioned...) what a dork -D
  2. lols oh well, fair cop -D
  3. no, i only tear them apart when you make erroneous statements. if you hadn't claimed otherwise, i would have quite happily sat back and watch cara speak her piece but considering we're having an argument about basics like full stops, questions marks and commas, it makes me wonder if you passed high school level english. Hint, if you're gonna argue a point, be it english language, or dictionary definitions, at least informed enough to know what on earth you're talking about. A bit of prior research doesn't hurt in either case. -D
  4. sorry to hear that mate -D
  5. bahahhahahaha -D
  6. bahahahaha fkn lols -D
  7. im cool with u doing anything just as long as we can videotape it and sell it on ebay > just kidding -D
  8. take it to a specialist like boostworx or wilall who know many ways to get codes out of your vehicle before you throw in the towel. I had a hicas issue that pissed me off for 18 months but when I found out what was wrong (simple boss kit incompatability) it made the research all the worth while. unscrew the passenger side kick panel on the left side - it will be a max of 5 bolts (3 on a 32) you'll see your ecu, if it doesnt say nissan then its not stock hicas is relatively easy to replace with a lock bar, i believe its a couple hundred dollars, but then you need that bar certified to be street legal, and there are many engineers around. I believe rory thompson can certify a lock bar for $500 odd, but don't quote me on it. If you want to fix your hicas, be prepared to swap individual components. I personally like hicas and was happy to do the work, however a lock bar may well be a better (quicker) solution. Its all about which direction u want to go. And if that hicas light comes on and doesnt affect your driving ability at all, do what the japanese do - remove the bulb! -D
  9. Will u read us a story uncle peat? > -D
  10. You started the dialogue with an open question, that being the word "Is" which implies a question, and hence would end the sentence with a question mark unless a preposition or caveat is mentioned, which you clearly did. Grammar fail #2 -D
  11. The way you phrased your dialogue only questions the possibility of her guilt. It is continued with a statement 'because you xxx' which implies fact when not concluded with a question mark. English grammar fail. -D
  12. strapped to a cats back and launched on a catapault too, yo -D
  13. Technical Lession Fail. mo·tor play_w2("M0442400") (mtr)n.1. Something, such as a machine or an engine, that produces or imparts motion.2. A device that converts any form of energy into mechanical energy, especially an internal-combustion engine or an arrangement of coils and magnets that converts electric current into mechanical power.3. A motor vehicle, especially an automobile. adj.1. Causing or producing motion: motor power.2. Driven by or having a motor.3. Of or for motors or motor vehicles -D
  14. spotted gmg r33 with gtr kit and what looks like stock gts-t rims, rego xxx-617 turning on to hampstead road from mullers -D
  15. i have a spare for an r32 gtr but im pretty sure theyre not interchangable with 33's due to 33's being electronic and 32's being hydraulic... tho if you check and find they're the same I can loan it to you -D EDIT - If you're running an aftermarket ECU, consult won't talk to hicas as it requires the stock ECU to initialise and translate the signals - if you have the stock ECU, plug it back in and see if the scanner will pick it up
  16. just spotted a nice gmg r32 gtr with a fluro number on the windshield and some decals on the back, was behind me while I was driving home from dazzlers and overtook me when I pulled into the sip n save carpark - nice and low. waved to the dude while he was behind me at the lights but not sure if he saw -D
  17. jeez steve, way to sink the boot in when shes down, thats pretty baseless speculation at best Shes just upset that her friend got hurt and she was the one driving. nuff said -D
  18. I follow the same policy. Writeoff was surprised when I said I'd take the car after only having been a passenger - I could tell that the car was mean with him driving, and I wasn't about to take it for a joyride and crash the bugger without having insurance in my name (its a very small chance but I wasn't gonna risk it)... first time I drove the car was to drop him off at his place after he delivered the car to me (after the funds had cleared) -D
  19. what happened? did u have cracked rotor or something? -D
  20. +1 never tracked em so I have to accept the opinions of others, but the general concensus is theyre pretty decent, and they more than adequate for street use too very versatile -D
  21. *sings* "Livin' in the ghetto" -D
  22. crushing is dumb. srsly. sif they wouldnt first auction it off to fund all these election promises? -D
  23. bahahahaha nice one dude -D
  24. i see it now, but it is a small one hope im not bursting a bubble here when i say that any GTR, even a $30k is going to have at least some of the issues you've just mentioned. Virtually none of them have perfect interiors or drivetrains, paint and suspension. I've spent $25k+ on the car after purchase over the last 3 years for the mandatory stuff like rego, insurance, tyres, raa, servicing etc to replacing worn components (mechanical and interior), getting paint touch ups, 100k service, brake refurbishment etc etc I can almost 100% guarantee you that there are very few 32 gtr (or 33gtr for that matter) owners who haven't sunk a chunk of cash into their cars after purchase. I still have another $20k of stuff on my shopping list that I want to do, but I'm doing a full restoration and rebuild over an extended period of time. ... -D
  25. the guy says his comp test is 160 flat on all cylinders with proof - i wouldnt knock that - sure the carbon fiber bonnet looks like arse but he says he needs to sell due to lack of funds - far from a lawn ornament -D Edit - Agree with Steve here, it has potential
