  1. exactly matt... people that drink drive deserve to face the harshest penalty possible
  2. car = washed lawn = mown dog = washed beer time
  3. i realise this... im just putting it out there
  4. the club is being run by an excellent exec committee at the moment and as such, i nominate: President John Richardson Vice President Ash Cosgriff Secretary Dan Hall Treasurer Ross Brown also, i'm putting my hand up for events again next year
  5. I'll start the ball rolling: engine 1 - R33 s1 RB25DET - 250,000km mods: HKS GT2835 Pro S, 555cc injectors, fmic, custom CAI, atmo catchcan, other non related mods fuel: bp ultimate / manildra e85 power: 280rwkw / 325rwkw oil: motul 4100 turbolight 10w40 useage: daily /light trackwork lifespan: 3 years failure: spun bigend bearing comments: motor also ran 185rwkw for about 5 years prior and was from a car that was tracked in japan as far as I can tell. motor had a very hard life. engine 2 - Stagea 25 - modded for rwd - s2 RB25DET - 70,000km mods: HKS GT2835 Pro S, 555cc injectors, fmic, custom CAI, atmo catchcan, other non related mods fuel: bp ultimate / manildra e85 power: 290rwkw / 325rwkw oil: castrol edge 10w60 (98 ron) / motul 6100 15w50 (E85) useage: daily /light trackwork lifespan: new motor - was stock power in an auto stag till now failure: n/a comments: New motor has a bigger sump (26 block) and is being run on heavier oil. Tuner is same and bolton's are same. So far it is more responsive, more powerful and everything is looking positive.
  6. Thought this might be a useful topic as so many people modding stock 25's are shooting for 300kw these days. With this power level constantly in debate, lets get some stats... use this formula: mods: fuel: power: oil: useage: lifespan: failure: comments: Unopened 25's only pls kgo...
  7. 300c - shit blinds you in a stock height car
  8. basically, we need to get ACA and TT off the air, they honestly bring the whole country down
  9. like you have anything else in life... you cant even go on a fkn holiday without spamming the forum.. question for you flynn.. do you see ANY other members that have the time devoted to foruming to post mulitple threads with post after post of the maximum allowable number of images?
  10. auto should read lower anyway... so that result is even more inflated... there is NO WAY your car makes a genuine 220rwkw on the stock turbo. the lil turbo simply cant flow enough to make those numbers and there have been HUNDREDS of cars on here that prove that. i wasn't trying to insult you, i was being positive, saying that if you get a genuine 230rwkw it will be 30 - 40 rwkw faster than what you have now, not just 10. fwiw my car made 185rwkw with the stock turbo on 14psi running the same (ish) mods and a pfc. most people get around the 190rwkw mark. also stick to around 12 psi. the stock turbo is out of puff then anyway. by going to ~14 or above you really are only squeezing like 5kw out of the engine for a LOT of stress on the ceramic exhaust wheel. emanage is fine for up to around 250rwkw. according to trent who used to specialise in them there is great gain in upgrading past one unless you are planning on 250+
  11. i have driven al's car and I can tell you it is the most fun RB setup i have ever driven.... power everywhere! boost from like 2400 revs and just frys the tyres in any gear at any time. I have a car that makes the same power as al's car (330 rwkw) out of a 25 and it's just a whole different ballgame. i wouldn't go any smaller.... but it's 1 KILLER setup
  12. honestly your car is not making 220rwkw - more like 190-200 MAX. this is what literally hundereds of users on here have found, the only way to get that far on a stock turbo and 98octane is a happy dyno. for around $800 you could find a second hand highflowed turbo. throw this in and you can get to roughly ~230rwkw (that's a real 230rwkw though) so roughly a 15% gain. throw injectors, afm and fuel pump at it and you can look at more around the 250rwkw figure. this is not the best method, however it is the cheapest also as rolls said you will need a clutch... probably want to shim your diff too
  13. cant fit.... 235's only just looking at price atm... i might end up with NT05's again, but if i can get RS-R's for around $200ish i might give them a nudge...
  14. cheapest place for frderal 595 rs-r in 235/40/18 - so far best i have found is option 1 garage for $237
  15. i did it a few years back and haven't looked back cut the wires and re-threaded them to the parkers, then just used some slip on orange doovalackies over plain globes
  16. i dont doubt it man.... but my floor is a pretty nice office man you mean the letters online app in profiles?
