  1. Hey everybody, I just received my cooler today, looks sweet! Great work Benny, very smooth transaction and excellent product. Highly recommended seller!
  2. hey blaknite, email received and replied too
  3. any timex boost guages left? Please send pics and total cost including postage to adelaide to [email protected]. Cheers
  4. By the way, if anyone is looking for a decent fuel pump I saw some decent ones on www.importbitz.com the other day; Walbro high pressure fuel pumps 255ltrs per hour delivery, includes filter and harness etc. Can't comment on the quality or reliability as I have never used one of these personally but for $180 including free delivery Aust wide, definitely worth looking into! Good to hear as well that everything worked out with ur car, damn dodgy mechanics!
  5. Green!? SA is the dope capital of Australia!
  6. I can vouch for the ebay supplier, I've bought plenty of stuff off him before and he always delivers on quality and service. Spewing dat I spent all my cash on chrissy presents, good luck with the group buy!
  7. I don't think you're going to be able to find anyone to do it legally man, believe me I've tried before! As far as I know, like Blitz said, WRXs cannot be imported legally into Australia due to being Aus Delivered and locally sold. However, if it is a personal import then there should be no probs! By the way, wouldn't reccommend any of the illegal stuff, big fines and lengthy jail terms
  8. Hey everybody, there's a GSR/EVO Club cruise on the 19th to raise money for the ambulance service, I think it's a $5 donation. Guaranteed will not get defected or hassled by the cops and I'm sure they won't mind some extra company as they are trying to raise $2000. I think its all day heading towards mannum? If anyone is interested I will post up more details
  9. yea that's wat I thought, that's the problem. I can find a reasonably priced front-mount no problem but the piping is costing me an arm and a leg. Cheers for that anyways man
  10. yea definitely, $1300 is way too much to spend on a cat back system, you could easily get full system for dat kinda cash
  11. condolences to the family, this is a terrible tragedy we should all learn from.
  12. hahaha, true that. Ah well, look on the bright side, at least when you do find the time to do the things you want do, you got the cash to do em!
  13. Hey, welcome to Adelaide, don't worry its not ALL bad, its just slow...really, really slow
  14. are you serious, you JUST found boostcruising.com!? lol, :jk:
  15. Hey, if you're getting it complied here, give Rob a call from PVP Imports on 8367 5261. Other places in SA like Best Enterprises can be a bit of a pain about complying cars with aftermarket mods, but Rob is generally a bit more flexibile + he's good. Highly reccomended.
  16. you do know you can go to jail for trying to save a few bucks right?
  17. For what? I just brought a TT Soarer over about 6 months ago and that cost bout $4500 in compliance, but that was because they were the only place in Adelaide who could do compliance and so they charged what they want. Now I think its around the $3500 - $4500 mark, depending on what car you get. Also, prices vary from state to state. However, for an '89 model GTR under the 15 year rule it only requires minimum compliance which is generally between $500 - $1000.
  18. Yea the reason the price has gone up is because they are now an eligible import, as of May or June I think and therefore everybody has been buying them, pushing the price up. Before they were cheaper, but it costs quite a bit of cash to store a car in Japan for 3 - 6 months until they're elgible to import
  19. Yea I'm with Campster123, to get a decent R32 GTR from Japan ur gonna need at least $22-$23K landed. Let me know if you need any help, I can source a car for you if you need.
