My Oil pressure varies between 2-6 on the standard gauge in my R34. I have a GReddy Oil Cooler fitted on the car. When i come to my driveway and start to brake, why does the oil pressure drop from around 4 to 2? Is this bad? or is this normal for the pressure to drop when under brake? And what are the cons of high/low pressure. Is there such a thing as one being better than the other? I take it that pressure will vary on conditions (idle/throttle) etc but don't know the "optimum" pressures if there is such a thing. Just hope that 2 - 5 is not going to damage my engine?

I have a Boston G512-44 It handles 350w RMS. Thinking of changing to a Treo SSi 10.22 or a 12.22 Is it worth changing? Or should i stick with the Boston? I also have Infinity Kappa Perfect 6.1 THinking of getting Boston SL60 for the rears. Anyone used these splits before?

if you mean cleaning the inside of the plastic, you need to take apart the headlight assembly, heat it in an oven and then pry it open. Can get bvery sticky. And then after u cleaned them, you put it back together and then heat it up again... MAKE SURE YOU READ WHAT Degree you have to set it at and for how long, as i have not performed this yet.

i am up to the stage you first mentioned. Looking at a new turbo (HKS GTRS or Gt2835proS) HPI Dump + Split front pipe PFC 550cc Nismo injectors + Tomei/Nismo fuel Pump Z32 AFm Sard 200cell 3" CAT Maybe fuel reg Already have FMIC + POD + EBC Just need to know if i need to replace the catback section. How do i measure the piping? Is it from the outside end to the other side(outside)? Or do i have to measure the internal diameter?

How much does Nissan charge to replace this?

i tried to take out my globes today and found out that there is a star shaped allen like key thing there. WHERE THE HELL DO I GET ONE AND WHAT SIZE IS IT!!!??? Can any of you guys help me? As i'm getting a set off dan. Cheers

the sound is just right. but i am going to chase some more power soon and i was wondering if the exhaust would be th weakest link. If it isn't, i'll most likely get a front + dump pipe. If it restricts power...then i'll get the whole system.

I have a Nismo catback with EVC on it. Just wondering. Is this 3" piping? How much power is this good for? If it is similar to aftermarket exhausts in terms of performance, was thinking of just getting a dump pipe instead of the whole exhaust. Tried a search but couldn't find much info..

whats the kelvin rating on the stock HID's? And can the wiring/loom handle 8000k

If u have a R34, u know the globes will not fit in the holders no matter how much trimming is done. I had to improvise and just let it hang on to the holders with th wires holding it in place.

UPdate: all fixed. Just trimmed down the holders and the base of the replacement lights. THen just wired them up to the factory holders and screwed them back in. Worked a charm.

Just an update guys. I managed to fit them in with no soldering required. Might write up a DIY when i have time. All i did was to trin down the LED base and the OEM holders and wire up the wires into the factory holder positions. Then i simply screwed them back in and wallah! WOOT WOOT!!! All looks good now. Thanks for the offers guys.!!!!

Hey Dan, how do these compare with the stock HID's? (The 6000k ones) And would it match the color of your LED's?

The lights aren't exactly the same as the ones in Dan's thread. The lights i have are longer and hence i need to chop off the base of the light if i was to use the existing holders. Don't know if i can cut these off though
