Yeah, replacing it from manual to auto is a good idea if you want to cruise it... Auto is only like 5 kws weaker anyways... people make it out to be heaps but actually not a huge difference.

Fair enough matey... yeah, well Skylines, WRXs and VW GTI's are all amongst the most vandlised cars... well, on that list anyways... so yeah.... just take good care of it... always park it somewhere that has good lighting... can be visible or is relevant close to where you work etc.... and don't be cheap on alarms, get a good one... thats all you can do.. if they want to steal it... they will buddy... prevention is better than cure so they say.

Hey all, I was thinking of putting in 2 Black (genuine) Recaro seats into my Skyline. However, I have heard a lot of people say that because they are race-spec and not deemed street legal, if you put them in your car (no proper full-body seat beat etc), then your car can get defected... is this true? Your thoughts please... I am really keen just don't want to remove them after installing them.... Thanks all...

To be honest, I've seen better... ther was a guy called Keith making really good-looking ones... yours (with due respects) looks like plastic sticker... his one (don't know what it was made of) looked like a badge... tough as.... now that's what I would want on my ride... not a sticker... But you guys.... but if I pin something on my beast, it has to represent.... straight up.

I got pretty much what you got plus a Haltec ECU, making 245 KW at the wheels on my most recent dyno... so yeah, around there buddy!! Oh, mine as a bigger turbo too... so yeah... depends on that too... but around there.... In laymen's terms... one quick-arse thing!! PS: I run 12 PSI.

You're generalising buddy... if you group up and count every single type of car... the probability of at least one around the whole of Australia would be quite moderate - so yes, any particular make of car can be stolen once a day. What is your point?

Go to Autobarne... ask for liquid gold.... mine came out better than John's as mine is more GOLD and looks tougher... John's is more Yellowy - depending on what you want...
