Well buddy, it's all up to personal preference... but I personally do not like the typical GT-R wing that most people have... although it does look nice.... too many people have it. I currently have a Nismo R34 wing on my R33... a lot of people have praised it... so I guess it looks ok.... You will never find a genuine R33 GT-R lower lip... as they are to precious to be sold separately!!!

With a R33... nothing needs to be adjusted - fits straight on - I know this for a fact as I have a genuine GT-R bar on mine right now.

Yeah, well... I'm in the same situation... I lost it for a number bullshit reasons... but my last points was spent when the cops caught me accidentally doing a u-turn in a 1 way road saying it was too dangerous etc... booked for $177 or something and 3 demerit points ... that's the end, lost my license for 6 god-damn months... ffs... but hey, if you do the crime, you gotta do the time... what can we do ah? Whatever you do, do not drive without a license... too dangerous and if it's severe enough you can go to jail!

Well, to answer your question - you can get a speed-limit to peggy back your ECU which controls max speed you can achieve - never seen anyone do this, but I think you can get it done a qualified Jap import mechanic. Will be very expensive though. Good luck. Why not just drive responsibly and safely??

Man.... that's the thing... I want to save a bit of money but it's bloody too hard to spray can it... Anyone done this before? Any pics?

Hey all, A friend of mine might give me his old GT-R wing - the thing is my car is black and his is red; to repaint it black will cost me an arm and a leg if I want it done right with gloss etc; so I will attempt to do it myself. Here's what I plan to do... buy somethine like 5 cans of high quality gloss black paint, 3 cans of primer coating paint and some sanding paper... I plan to send down the rough edges (if any), give the wing 4-6 coats of primer then spray it with the black gloss paint and give it like 5 coats of paint on top. Obviously I will do this over several days if not a couple of weeks; but was wondering if it will look anything close to what the shops would make it look? I mean, would it look half-descent on my Skyline or will it look like something that was definitely done at home with some spray cans - mind you I will invest in good quality spray cans. Has anyone done this before (any tips DIY's) - some pictures would be nice too... Regards,

Getting a front GT-R bar is not too hard, but finding that lower lip is like finding diamonds on the streets. they are rare as - look so tough so why would anyone want to sell theirs?
