Yeah, that sounds right... I noticed you often say "along the lines of that..." hi hi ih.... don't worry, just tell your Father the truth... he'll understand... everyone young goes through this - this is part of life... good luck bro. No, I have never worked at Iprimus!

Legal fees vary, depending on the solicitor, the firm and the case etc. On average solicitors get paid like $200 - $800 an hour... they reply to your email - they log it down, they speak to you on the phone whilst masturbating - they log it down, they write up a standard letter and hit the print button in MS Word - they log it down... you get the picture, right? Look, it's not a major offense, you wouldn't worry too much - and with the fine, you will have the Court's support in paying this off, e.g. $50.00 a month until it's paid off etc - so don't worry too much mate. Look, just drive more carefully next time. All in all - a fine, suspension of license and a kick up the groin is all that will happen. Good luck - when are you going to court - have you been officially summoned yet? Good luck,
-
Yeah, that was good as... I loved it.

THE WOMAN IN THE WATER - damn, that sucked bull balls.

Look bro, you will probably get a fairly big fine, licensed suspended for like 6 months or something... then... a traffic offense charge recorded under your name. That's about it... I would try my best to avoid the possible charge - get yourself a good solicitor and expect to pay around $500+ for their services on this. Good luck.

Fellas, I've had this before too - thought the world is actually looking down on the poor... hi hii Anyways, they should fix this up in a couple of days if that - when you recharge next time, e.g. you chuck in $50.00 - turbo charge up tp $150.00 worth of calls etc, they will back-charge you which means you will be deducted retrospectively for everything you've sent... so do not be alarmed if your balance then is $130.00 or something. LOL Come on bro, as if... same with bank ATM's, one time I withdrew $20.00 and it spat out like $750.00 worth of notes or something - 1 week later, I get a letter in the mail saying I have to repay this extra amount back in 2 weeks or they will have to refer me to debt-collections agency. LOL So yeah, don't be fooled... UNLESS.... you SMS the fark out of this number and then chuck away the SIM CARD and move on... then it's 100% free... LOL - but yeah, that's it fellas... \

With cops, in order to earn their respect you have to have 2 things - 1) speak to them politely and formally - 2) be firm and do not show fear nor act as if you've done something wrong... One time I was searched by a cop - I firmly told him I know he's doing his job and respect this - however, as a citizen of Victoria and for that matter, of Australia, I have rights - for example, the cop can search my car in my presence and with my permission - he/she cannot force me to admit guilt with I do not concur and lastly, if they want to charge you with something or think you're guilty - they must tell you your rights and what charge, act, legislation they are referring to. If a copper does not show you common courtesy, then politely ask for for his badge number, his unit/station location etc. If he says you're being a smart arse or disrespecting him - firmly reiterate: "I am just exercising my civils rights - you are exusing me of something you feel is in your authority to do so - that's fine, and I am exercise my civil rights as to why I do not agree with you and therefore will take this matter up to the higher authorities instead of standing here and argueing with you." Normally after the above, the officer should give you her badge numbers (as you have the right to request this) and contact details - OR, he may just CBF and say "ok, you can go now let's forget this." Good luck.

I've had similiar instances before - sometimes people are just plain old bags that just want to make it harder for others. The only hting you can do is to come up to her unit, knock on her door and ask for a descent personal chat. Be civilised and ask her what you can do to better accomodate her situation but also that she needs to understand you only have 1 car and if you park it off street then it would get vandalised etc - maybe come to a compromise by where you can only come home at a certain time, e.g. 1am or something - trust me, if you don't compromise with her, she's a old bat so she's got all the time in hell to make it harder for you - you do with next to her after all. Good luck.

Hey mate, although it depends on personal preference, eyelids sometimes do not fit exactly (and I know it's not your fault this is just how it is) - therefore, doesn't look flush enough... but the ones on your car do look ok. IMO - I reckon no eyelids makes the car look tougher.

Scissor Doors is definitely one of the higher-end Rice factors... if you want them, be prepared to get a nice kit, big rims, neons, stickers, paint job etc to go with it... I can't imagine a stockie with these doors on... LOL

Man Gets Jail Time For Taking Son's Driving Offense
Spunky Munky replied to scathing's topic in General Automotive Discussion
That's it, it's a personal matter anyway - this is called 'over exposing' yourself. One should be more risk-adverse - if it's illegal then keep it inside and don't share it with anyone - firstly, it's not like it's an admirable thing anyways, secondly - it's none of anyone else's business. -
You know what, at the end of the day - anyone offering a service or sale of goods to you owes you a "Duty of Care" to make sure that you have got what you have paid for... this means that you are getting value for your dollar not losing out on anything - they have the responsibility to fix/ammend or uninstall anything to your vehicle should it not meet your expectation. I would go back to them and explain this - if they do not comply, go to the Business Ombudsman and complain - either they take it the easy way or the hard way - you gotta be tough with these tradies... no offense, but you gotta be solid as them to get what you deserve. Good luck bro, know how you feels now.
-
Look fellas, with Eyelids, you gotta be really careful as sometimes it can make the car look worser not better... it's personal preference so you gotta modify, add cosmetics to your ride the way you want it to be and the way you want it to represent you on the road - stuff what others think.,.. it's your ride, your the owner of it, do it to your heart's content. There's a new trend out nowadays... eyelids that are pad of a kit or bonnet so it looks stock and it actually just covers on from the bonnet and is not separate, this makes it look tough...

A Transformer - Nissan Skyline R32 Gt-r.
Spunky Munky replied to Spunky Munky's topic in General Automotive Discussion
Dman, never knew Transformers comes out in WRX form ... where do you get all these "rare" G1 jap import car toys? The toy shops like Toys R Us certainly do not stock them! -
That's farked... man, that's the thing that really scares me... even with an alarm, they can just disengage the battery or something and we're still screwed! sorry to hear that bro... hope your mate finds his car again... sometimes it's not so much the financial value - it's also the attachment that he's grown accustomed to with his car.

I don't know about you guys, but I've already ordered (from my friend he is a vinyl, sticker, badge maker) 3 Autobot Badge-like stickers for my black R33 Skyline - one with go at the back where the GT-R badge usually is located and the other two will be located use under the side indicators on both sides... should look hot as - anyone thinking of doing the same?? If so, would you badge your car as an Autobot or a Decepticon??? Autobot - nobility, to protect and fights for justice Decepticon - ruthless, evil, crazy-arse fighters who fight for domination Your call - choose your side, Soldier! http://endingnew.blogspot.com/2007/06/more...ineleisure.html -

So fellas, Most of all - if not all, have seen the awesome new action-packed flick, Transformers movie - the motion picture, right? That's great - good stuff... guess what, for those that do not know, there was a Transformer named "Side-Swipe" that's actually a R32 GT-R Skyline in the original Armada series. How cool is that? Check out the pics & information below!! Please post more pics and info if you can find them... Scroll to the bottom of the page... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sideswipe

I personally do not like them as I think the stock lights look nice as they are - moreover, if you just rely on the double-sided tape to stick these eye lids on, they will not stick for long and part of them will become undone - some people super-glue them on which is not recommended as if you want them off they will leave permanent scaring etc. The above are just my ideas. Regards,

Cheers mate!! Yeah, am very keen for cruise now... by the start of SEPT - I should have resolved a lot of stressful issues therefore it is perfect timing bro... good you for organising this. Yeah bro, I see your point ... the more the merrier but a focus on Skylines is a good idea! Have you decided on a meeting spot, time, events and would dinner and a movie be a good idea. A couple of months ago, I saw a whole heap of Toyota Soarers storm into a Village cinemas car park - damn, that was impressive, we should do the same!! Cheers,

Fellas - anyone places you recommend for a full service in the WESTERN SUBURBS if possible - need a full service done in a couple of months.

Good sharing of experiences bro - I am due to go to court in a couple of weeks and for sure I will lose my license - can you, if it's ok, tell us a bit more about how the court proceeding went - did you get fined? And legal bearing on you - record etc? You said you'll get a criminal record - I don't think this is the case, it would be a traffic-related conviction as you did not steal, hurt anyone physically nor caused bodily / mental injuries to anyone... hence, what was the charge and what did you get done for? Many thanks in advance - losing my license is fair enough, a fine is also fair enough - but a criminal record is a no no for me as my job depends on this. Cheers,
