Yeah, Skylines look tougher with 18's and dumped a bit .... perfect fit you can say... get some gap-spacer plates to make them flare out a bit looks tough as!

Hi all, Firstly, with the new year looming - best wishes to one and all. Fellas, need your help, I just got my boot totally reconstructed too look flat like a R34 and I want to put a R34 wing on there as I think the R34 wing and boot (excluding the lights of the R33) looks tough. So I want best of both worlds, R33 everything but with a R34 look-a-like boot and a R34 wing. I've decided on this and will persue it in a couple of weeks. But I'm still twisting and turning on which R34 wing to choose... Saw something weird as today - a s15 body with a R34 head but with WRX doors...pretty hot....

Depending where you are - get your guards rolled - can be as cheap as $25.00 - if you're in VIC, I'll hook you up.

I would sand everything down, then patch it up wit filler - then get sand paper and sand down it all out smoothly... then get it repainted.... primed, 2 coats etc. Good luck.

Saying that I said was utterly bullshit obviously shows that you haven't taken a few things I had said into consideration... it depends on the amount of boost you're running - and yes, I'm referring to the latest non-adjustible HKS BOV. He's talking about sound - you can't argue, the HKS BOVS aren't really made for sound and need more boost than 'other' bov's to get a nice fluttering sound - this is fact.

Yeah, I'm dead serious - don't know exactly which Supra as I'm not a supra fan, but it was definitely a supra body, lights etc and that was a R34 front all right. He had hot rims, the car was black and turbo(ed) - gotta say, the R34 goes well on nearly any car... muts have spent a fortune.

Look mate, I think it's a good idea - like I said, if you got the cash and a good mechanic/panel shop etc - I would say, "go for it."

Have seen a Supra front on a Skyline body? Damn, I saw one this morning in highpoint (a Melbourne shopping centre) - looks freaky!

I'd say AFM, loose hoses FMIC or leakage from BOV. Check all your hosing and connections.

Mate, mine's the same... the one bad thing about a HKS SSQV is that it requires a lot of boost in order for it to sound good... I would need to have over 5K RPM's to have a nice sound and yes - this is exactly how it should sound. Mine sounds the same too... not exactly the toughest sound, but a very nice stylish sound. You can't adjust the HKS BOV - that's just that... perhaps run higher boost through it and see...

So many people saying sell sell - I say don't sell... the S15 runs a SR20 - that's a 4 cylinder 2.0 litre turbo versus a 2.5 litre 6 cylinder turbocharged Skyline... the S15 looks hideous and is piss weak... sure, some are heavily modified and yes, mods vs mods etc - but trust me, stock for stock - jump in a S15 Silvia and you will regret it - you will feel a power drop for sure. But yes, S15 is newer and does look slick as well - I do like their interior but looks-wise, a R33 rules imo. I would never get a S15. If I were to upgrade, R33 GTR full stop.
