i got quoted $110 per wheel (if you have rubber on the wheel they will remove it for ya) but that was fixing up gutter rash also. if your rims don't require any fixing i guess it will be cheaper but i was also getting 8 wheels done so the price may have dropped a little bit. hope that helps. best to call them. cant remember who i spoke to but they were very helpful

i had similar problem with my highflow. acuators set of 15psi car was bosting close to 25psi with a turbo smart bleed valve once that was removed boost went down to 15psi. while overboosting i didnt notice any extra kick to what im getting with my current 15psi

oh wow thanks for your input... vidospace the advantage with a GTR BOV is it holds more boost. only worth it if your running more boost then stock really as its a plumb back so its nice and legal.

adam if you can send some pics that will be great. it was a bit of a pain trying to find the right sized hose.

my GTT BOV was pretty stiff but my GTR was stiffer

well as long as its normal for a GTR BOV to do that lol

thats the sound hahahaha thats it. like taking a bog with your ass sealed and you get that deap noise lol any idea what it is??? if its anything bad? at first i though it was just the stiffer springs not opening enough. if i accelerate hard, change gears and accelerate again its fine. only whne slowly getting of boost it makes the noise.

ye i know it wont sound the same but the noise its making now kinda doesnt sound healthy for it.

ok so i got my hands on a GTR BOV and a bigger hose for the plumb back and connected it all back up just like the stock GTT one was. all is well but when i come on boost say around 0.5bar maybe more (highflow turbo set to 1 bar) while still in gear and and let of the accelerator the car makes the normal psssh sound but it also makes a (very hard to describe) different noise also. kinda like a viberation noise but not quite. ill see if i can get a recording of it. but has anyone else experienced anything different with a GTR BOV? im not having any other problem. car is holding boost fine. idleing fine. just the noise. and the strange noise is pretty loud too if your outside or have the window down. help.
