  1. why not? iv used ryco ones before... there fine if you change your filter often enough, i change my filter every time i do a service. (every 5000km, most of the time sooner)
  2. i would have it looked at, because if it is out of round it will vibrate and cause unwanted shuddering at certain speeds. i had a set of 18's on my old vs commodore that i bought second hand, they didnt look stuffed or damaged so i ended up getting new bushes ect. thinking it was everything but the wheels causing shakin, so i took them to a wheel specialist (any place like bob jane, beaurepaires ect.) and they put it on the wheel balancer and told me it was slightly out of round, so i took it to bob jane they sent it away... got it back and well... i dunno if it was fixed or if it was the other rim on the other side... i even changed them all over but was still shakin, ended up puttin my old wheels 17's back on... be careful when buying second hand rims, could end up costing you more than you were intending to spend... cheers
  3. how many k's are on your speedo now, to give an indication on how long they have been in for...

  5. iever since i have owned my car i have always had this hose off the turbo... i think it may have been hooked up to the actulator, anyways.... would it be best to block this off? if so what is the best way?... or should i leave it how it is? cheers
  6. oh ok makes sence, i might loosin mine a bit then as i did mine up not tight but not loose either, and it wasnt on the levelest of ground either...
  7. hey i fitted my adjustable strut brace (cusco strut brace) on my r33 today, and was wondering how tight should it be (adjustment is in the centre)? how much tension is on your strut brace? cheers
  8. i got mine at repco... cant remember the size though? anyone know the size?
  9. my mates mate is a auto detailer, after polishing (final step) wash the car again and chamoise dry... removes swirls. probably also depends on what brand you use too... merguires and mothers from what i have experienced are good brands
  10. it has to be done right otherwise your arial will have a mind of its own and go up and down whenever it likes, had that problem so i just cut the wire that extended it oneday when it was retracted... radio still works 100%, also i think the arial up is ugly.
  11. i seen a vz ss ute with drift style wheels looked very nice i thought

  15. isnt the charcoal cannister the small tank at the front near my radiator?
  16. yeah it comes with adaptor, just got to wait for it to come in the post hopefully this week... will it hurt to have a cross piece (X) instead of a T piece so i can have my boost gauge branching of it? or will it reduce accuracy of my boost gauge having to many lines?
  17. i just changed my setup to the same way you have yours... to do so i had to remove the boost gauge, started it up hoping for a change, but its just the same? still just the flutter sound...
  18. having a look at the hose you were saying about in the pic, it is running into the firewall on the passenger side to the microtech LT8 ECU which is located under the glovebox...

  20. oh ok, because my car has been setup this way since i bought it, aparently the previous owner of the car said he had to disable it because he was defected for it, but a picture of your setup will definatly help me out as im thinking maybe it was a waste of time me buying a new bov, thinking my apexi wasnt working... if i can get this setup working maybe i wont need to change my setup...
