  1. hey im about to buy some aftermarket gauges for my r34gtt 4 gauges in total now which gauges are the most important/necessary ones for a good setup with up 290rwkw aftermarket turbo and computer efcourse! this far ive got in mind oil temp, water temp, exhaust temp, boost. dont hesitate to tell me what you think and why. thanks..

  3. just getting a set up ready for my r34gtt and need some direction for a clutch upgrade as i have only a standard one in at the moment and am aiming for 300rwkw what have other used and whats useable...not looking for twin plate and not looking to break my leg driving it. thanks..

  5. would it be stupid to gut it? ive been told no matter what u get they all clog up.
  6. also would it be cheaper to go to an exhaust shop and get one of this size with fittings etc or take this one (if its the correct one for my application) to an exhaust shop and get them to fuse 3 inch flanges onto it and install it?
  7. do you mean the vents them selves or the whole fascia that holds the vent in and also holds the hazard light switch...you put a flat head screw driver into that on the side and sort of unjam the clips?

  9. how do i remove the r34gtt gauge cluster...ppl keep saying something about removing the air vents with a flat head but i cant see exactly how to do it and i dont want to be damaging my immaculate interior. if anyone has photo's of exactly how to do it, it would be much appreciated.
  10. SUJ as per step number 1 when your reffering to removing the air con vents...how exactly do you do that and which part of the air con do you use a flat head screw driver on?? as im confused and not sure where to start...a photo or something would be great.

  12. the r34gtt injectors on a neo rb25det ive read and seen sheets that they are almost good for 240 rwkw but only with a fuel pressure reg to bump up the pressure...i wouldnt say its safe to max them out but that all comes down to personal opinion.
  13. hmmm..so should i or should i not use the exhaust cam gear, it will make a difference down low but does it really sacrifice top end.
  14. ya know what i dont have any photos unfortunately..but i do have the pdf file for set up etc...i used the restrictors but they were just mini fuel filters...its really just to keep debree out of the stepper motor.
  15. excuse me i meant hks gtrs and hks 2835 pro s also "ryan1600" the evc 4 is great and holds boost like a dream and brings it on just right...also very easy to tune.
  16. now here's the low down...ive been slowly collecting items for my r34gtt to bring it up to speed with everyone else here on this forum and start pumping some ponies out of it so to say. thus far ive got: powerfc, bosch 040, z32 afm, splitfire coil packs,going to highflow my injectors to 600cc's, upgradting to a excedy hd sports tuff clutch (or can sum1 point me to a better one more suited for my application), hks oil cooler kit, hks exhaust cam gear,hks evc 4 electronic boost controller, exhaust temp gauge, boost gauge, oil temp gauge, oil pressure gauge, shorter shifter (btw i know it wont give it more kw) ;0P (ENGINE IS STANDARD INTERNALLY) now at the moment ive only got bolted on only a large front mount intercooler and trust ti (titanium exhaust) otherwise all the parts listed above have no been installed and are just laying around waiting for me to get the turbo (ENGINE IS STANDARD INTERNALLY) and no boost has been put in other then standard factory boost it has top compression and has no faults with only 80,000k's now im looking for no more then 290rwkw as from what ive read it wont be healthy for too long if i go further...plus its going to street driven plus the odd day on the track so im aiming for MINIMAL LAG AND MORE IMPORTANTLY RELIABILITY and POWER as i'd like to keep the car for a while and just have it as my weekender, now from what i read and copious amounts of research i have come down to these 2 internally gated turbo options. now its time to break the bank and buy the heart of the power my choices are between HKS 3037 GTRS KIT or the HKS 2835 PROS KIT????????????? now can all you gurus tell me which you believe to suit my project the best. (and no im not looking to rebuild the engine in the future to be honest, just enjoy the power and make sure its reliable) "ALSO CAN SOMEONE RECOMMEND ME TO A SUITABLE TUNER IN SYDNEY" BTW IM PERSONALLY SWAYING TO THE 2835 PRO S KIT...FOR THE DUMP AND LOWER BOOST TO HIGHER POWER INPUT.   18. gave micks motorsport a ring, they were really helpful and quoted me $550 for 6 injectors highflowed to 600cc (i must remove and install)..and assured me there wont be no issues with tuning etc. that was for r34gtt injectors...so they do topfeed too. so im thinking they would be the best option. whats everyone think about that price?
