I rang vicroads when my licence was about to expire, apparently it takes 10 working days once you've paid for it to come out on the mail!

Out of curiosity, Do any of the GT30's (3040, 3071 or 3076) fit under the standard heatshield?

I had mine done at Arma in Keilor rd. Niddrie. Great service and quite a few varieties of tint and shades to choose from. They have a contract for all the dealers on the Keilor rd, so I knew their work would be good.

I had the same problem when I fitted my 044. The "out" line hose of the fuel pump had split by the pump. That is why as soon as the pump primes or the car is running, the petrol spills. Open the access panel in the boot, get someone just to turn on the ignition and you should see the leak. Its a bit of a pain to get the new hose through, get someone to help you out when doing the job.

You can also try Professional Exhaust in tullamarine/airport west. Ive had good service from the numerous times.

Check out the American Staffordshire Terrior aswell mate. I had one for 14 years! The greatest and most loyal dog you could ever want! Have a look in the trading post, you get staffies and Am staffs from respected breeders in there occasionaly.

Yeh Mitre 10 car park. But they are closing down, so I dont know if the kebab shop is staying. Just go to Melbourne Kebab Station in Keilor rd Niddrie or High st Thomastown for good kebabs in the northern suburbs.

Have you tried Total Fastners / Mullings fastners on Sydney rd. Coburg? They are across the road from the Ford factory, in the slip lane where SSS auto spares is. Ive got a few bolts and screws there that nobody else seemed to have.

If you dont mind travelling and you want custom, go the Tower Audio option. They have done some awesome work. Im sure if you give Custom Car Sound a call, they can help you out. Ive done my setup with kicker components (except for treble amp) and they were very helpfull. Just had to go through JB to pick it up, but went to see Mayouf at JB Epping and he gave me some awesome deals. Great bloke to deal with. -

If you are in Melbourne, try looking up Custom Car Sound for the original item. They bring in all the american brands in and supply them out to the stores like JB, Strathfield, etc. Where abouts in Melb are you? If you want custom, try G.L. Pro Sound in Keilor, Tower Audio in Oakleigh or Freeway Car Audio in Malvern. -

Just saw it at the end of the program. Clarkson is driving the new GTR in Japan and racing Hammond & May on public transport. Should be good to watch!!
