hahahahahahahahah you think he would get jailed for making a false insurance claim? you think hes the only person to have screwed the insurance company or tried to? mateee worsttttttt case scenario theyl make him repay the difference between what d car sold for and what they payed him, and he MIGHT get a fine on top. Insurance companys get false claims thrown at them every day, its THEIR job to investigate the claim, and once satisfied, it is THEY who decide to pay or not pay. SO, if they were stupid enough or were not willing to do their job properly, than mate suck shit. They were just as negligent, as they should have taken the appropriate measures to perform a proper investigation

mate saw this car at croydon when i was getting my car tuned. without a doubt the best example of a 32gtr i have seen. thing sounded awesome on the dyno. wish i had the money to buy it . not interested in a r33 gtst plus cash adjustments is he? hahaha all the best with the sale mate

eat a F***n knob, im a RED p plater and i drive a turbo skyline, have been since i got my L's 4 yrs ago. so before u go on barking bout how p-platers shouldnt have been driving a 2.5ltr turbo, you might wanna try thinking. as there is a shitload of p-platers who have an exemption to drive turbo cars, or had there p's before the rule was introduced, so therefore are entitiled to drive it. and im sure most of us do alot better job than alot of monkeys on there full licence.

so what if its a p plater. not only p platers hit and run, so save the comments

dude had the exact same issue. got my system flushed and changed coolant. and now car doesnt go over 84 degrees.

dude there a pretty solid motor. unliek the rb25 from the r33, they got solid lifters, top feed injectors, gtr rods (i think), diff cams and slightly better turbo (boosts quicker). only cons i know of are the fact the upgrade add ons such as injectors etc are more expensive for the neo lol

dude its your lifters, using thicker oil should quiten it a bit.

dude if your water level is stil the same, oil hasnt mixed with the water etc, AND ur car is not over heating than i very much doubt it would be ur head gasket. u can always get a test to make sure. but ide bet my money on turbo seals.

also seen FLYT32, awesome looking machine, arguably one of the neatest/toughest looking gtr's ive come across. good work dude

im with t04gtr, if someone has been caught speeding or even been guilty of speeding without being caught by the police, than please keep your 2c, to urself, cauz whether you sped by 5km, or 100km u stil sped so stop being a hypocrite. noone is justifying what he did, but than again dont act like saints

ok heres the facts for all you critics. if he put a NA version of the motor in his gtst, and takes the new engine number to the RTA and get its swapped over, the car is no longer deemed to be turbo in there records, and thus allowing a P-plater to drive it (that is, assuming a r33 GTS is not on the banned list). dude i called up the rta myself and this is exactly what they told me. double check just to be sure, but yeh thats the word at the RTA . now whether its worthwhile, probably not, but den again its your money and your time so go for your life mate. all the best

guys changed the power steering belt and alternator belt, as well as replaced a bolt on d dump pipe, and problem seems to be resolved thanks for the help

thanx for d replies guys. will get d belts checked out etc. and i dont think its the gearbox, because the noise can also be heard by reving it hard in neutral before taking it for a drive. im hoping its a belt. and as for mods, i got: Apexi pFC, bosch 044 pump, z32 afm, 3" turbo back exhaust, arc filter, fmic, hks evc3, also, if it was the turbos bearing i dont think the noise would go away after a while. think it might be either a belt, or possible throttle related as sumone pointed out. will look into it asap. any more ideas would be appreciated. thanks guys
